As China's education reform continues to deepen,the after-school tutoring industry in primary and secondary schools has also developed rapidly.While the extracurricular tutoring industry in primary and secondary schools has made certain contributions to Chinese education,it has also caused many problems.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the parents of primary and secondary school students and the staff of primary and secondary school extracurricular tutoring institutions in N City.At the same time,it investigates the hardware equipment and teachers of many primary and secondary school extracurricular tutoring institutions in N City.The many problems exposed by the agency have summarized and sorted out the outstanding problems and main reasons existing in government supervision.Among them,the prominent problems are: first:the government's supervision responsibilities are not clear;second: the government supervision system is not sound;third: the collaborative supervision mechanism has not been formed;fourth: the government supervision method is simple.The main reasons are as follows: first: overlapping responsibilities of government supervision;second: lagging government supervision system;third: lack of linkage of government supervision content;fourth: government supervision innovation is not in place.In recent years,the governance of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and secondary schools in N City has made considerable progress,but there are still many difficulties in terms of the standardization and durability of development.Therefore,this article will,on the basis of learning from previous research results,explore the outstanding problems that have been exposed by the extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools in N City,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of their causes and impacts.At the same time,combine the effective supervision of extracurricular tutoring institutions at home and abroad Beneficial approach,insist on proposing reasonable countermeasures from the perspective of strengthening government supervision.First: Optimize government supervision functions by clarifying the responsibilities of the administrative department,optimizing the division of supervision functions,and forming a combined force of supervision and management;Second: improving the entry and exit system,the price evaluation system,the government supervision and evaluation system,and the teacher qualification system.The government's supervision system;third: solve the problem of rough government supervision content and lack of linkage through detailed supervision content and promote supervision and coordination;fourth:innovate government supervision methods and improve supervision effectiveness.Eventually,the government's administrative department will be promoted to give full play to the effective supervision of the extracurricular tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools,so that the extracurricular tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools in N City can achieve regular school operation,reasonable teaching,and orderly development.
