Research On The Collaborative Problem Of Volunteer Service In Rugao City

In the new situation of rapid transformation of urban development,voluntary service plays an increasingly important role in improving the effectiveness of social governance,with huge economic and social benefits.From the perspective of the initiation of voluntary service organizations,the current voluntary service organizations can be roughly divided into two types: Administrative mobilization and social self generation.In the process of providing volunteer service,they have their own advantages in ability and resources.How to promote the collaboration between these two types of voluntary service organizations,give full play to their respective advantages,promote the sharing of information and resources,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of voluntary service,has become an important issue to promote the development of voluntary service.Based on resource dependence theory,third-party governance theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper takes the specific practice of two types of voluntary service organizations in Rugao City as an example,through investigation and research,deeply analyzes the objective needs of collaborative development of voluntary service,and sums up three ways of collaborative development of voluntary service in Rugao City: organization collaboration,carrier collaboration and function collaboration.In the process of investigation and research,it is found that these three different ways of collaborative development have their own problems and shortcomings.This paper discusses these problems and shortcomings,and analyzes the reasons behind them.On this basis,this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions to promote the collaborative development of voluntary service: first,through the establishment of a unified organizational framework,clear the functional positioning of both sides,improve the system guarantee of collaboration,give play to the collaborative leadership of Party and League organizations,constantly optimize the external environment of collaborative development,and promote the organizational collaboration among voluntary organizations;second,through the establishment of a fully functional offline platform Volunteer incubation center,build a highly focused volunteer service platform,open up the free and open channels of interest expression,achieve a high degree of resource sharing,and promote the carrier collaboration among volunteer organizations;third,further enhance the collaborative effect of volunteer service by building a popular volunteer system,optimizing professional volunteer service,giving full play to the dominant resource advantages,and enhancing the overall recognition of the whole society In order to realize the comprehensive complementary advantages of volunteer organization service function,and achieve the optimization of collaborative effect.
