Research On Practice Of Transportation Collaboration

With the rapid development of economy and the drastic competition of market, transportation business of our country faces greater and greater competition and challenge: Logistics transport enterprises that are from developed country, with new and high technology, advanced management will pour into and share the market with companies of our country. Then they will preponderate over national enterprises. And the manufacturers and those companies that need logistics transportation are changing their idea of transportation. They demand better service of transportation. But some problems of disordered transportation market competition, of regional distribution on vehicles and of poor management level will restrict the development of the national transportation enterprises seriously, especially to be inferior position for those numerous medium and small companies in the market. They should improve management level, and then can win in the market competition. It is with the management mode of Collaborate Transportation among enterprises that can be a key.Based on the theory of Synergetics and information system technology, working system of Transportation Collaboration organization is researched in this paper. The centre point of this paper is about how to choose coordination partners, and how to construct the body of Transportation Collaborate among many transportation enterprises correctly, and how to regard GIS as the information management platform in coordination with the partners for optimizing transport tasks allocation and vehicle dispatcher. At first theory knowledge of Coordinative Theory is introduced in this paper, and application condition of Synergetics in logistics system is analyzed also. Collaboration effect and self-structure standpoint are emphasized in this chapter. Following is the question of transportation collaboration organization. Such as the urgency of collaboration among transportation companies, the motivation of collaborate transportation, the partners' qualification as choosing, and the decision-makingcriterion of the transportation collaboration organization, all these issues are embodied.Subsequently linking computer technology with information technology in transportation collaboration, its management working system is discussed. Utilizing multi-Agent systematic of computer design theories, the questions how to resolve distributing transportation tasks and to control accomplishing the tasks are researched, with the help of a software system. To realize optimization of vehicle dispatcher and rational distribution of the transportation tasks supported by GIS, one network algorithm is stressed to research. Also the information system in the body of Transportation Collaboration is discussed, including several kinds of key technology as synchronization of communication between partners, and controlling mechanism and security mechanism of information system. Finally an example of one logistic Inc is illustrated for advantages of a working system scheme on Collaboration Transportation.
