Research On The Development Path Of Voluntary Service Organizations In Urban Grassroots Governance

With the continuous expansion of the scale of voluntary service organizations in my country,the continuous extension of service fields,and the continuous improvement of service quality,the harmonious development of society has been promoted.Therefore,promoting the construction and development of voluntary service organizations is of great significance to the improvement of the service quality of voluntary service organizations and the improvement of urban grassroots governance efficiency.This paper by studying the present situation of the development of voluntary service organizations in urban grassroots governance,analyzes the problems and reasons of the development of voluntary service organizations.It is also considered that the development of voluntary service organizations in urban grassroots governance needs to establish the concept of voluntary service development,optimize voluntary service It can be achieved by organizing the development of internal mechanisms,strengthening the party’s leadership over voluntary service organizations,improving the government’s institutional supply,giving play to the coordination role of neighborhood committees,and building a technical platform.Volunteer service organizations provide precise,professional and high-quality voluntary services for urban grassroots through benign interactions with other subjects,thereby improving the governance efficiency of urban grassroots.
