Research On Volunteer Service Organizations Participating In Grassroots Social Governance In District D Of Z City

Volunteer organizations,as the main force of social organizations,are an important force to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,a new force to realize social governance,an internal requirement to promote social construction,and a trend in China’s reform and social development.This article takes District D of City Z as the research object,using governance theory,voluntary failure theory and supply motivation theory to scientifically design questionnaires,and issues different questionnaires for volunteer service organizations,volunteers and villages in the three types of samples,combining relevant literature information analyzes the status quo from the perspectives of volunteer service organizations,the main content and typical results of participation in grassroots social governance,and the motivation of volunteers in volunteer service organizations to participate in grassroots social governance.Through research and analysis,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient development in urban and rural areas,difficulty in mobilizing team enthusiasm,low professionalism in the participation category,insufficient staff stability,and weak self-development ability.The reasons are mainly due to the differences in social resources between urban and rural areas,outdated incentive and security measures that have limited mobilization of enthusiasm,the lack of government-led internal and external coordination that limits the professionalism of participation categories,and the instability of the workforce caused by three factors The lack of guarantee of independence and the lack of effective government guidance hindered the independent development of the organization.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to build a platform for sharing social resources in urban and rural areas,explore and innovate a high-quality incentive and guarantee mechanism that is conducive to mobilizing enthusiasm,build a multi-modal professional volunteer service system with internal and external linkages,multi-measure and multi-channel stable volunteer service team,government Guide and cultivate the independent space of voluntary service organizations to develop independent countermeasures to promote the development of voluntary service organizations in District D,and play its active role in grassroots social governance better.
