Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Long-Term Care Of Nursing Home In Zhenjiang

The silver waves swept around the world,and the elderly care service problem is increasingly prominent.As the country in the world,the situation in the world is more severe,and the economic development is uneven,the social security system is still uncomfortable,and the long-term care service of the elderly has become a common problem that needs to be solved.The nursing home has become the best choice to solve long-term care service problems due to its expertise of aggravation.This study combed the basic concepts and related theories of nursing home,long-term care,and summed up the current situation of long-term care development of my country’s nursing home and related exploration practices in typical developed countries.Taking the nursing home in Jiangsu Province as an example,The current situation of long-term care,analyzes the problems and the causes of the long-term care services of nursing home in Zhenjiang City,and the policy recommendations are put forward on this basis.This study uses the combination of literature and quotation and questionnaire testing.Through the literature review method,the relevant literature information on the long-term care of domestic and foreign consultations will be used to fully understand the research status of the study of various aspects of the study,through the Zhenjiang Civil Affairs Bureau,Zhenjiang Health and Health Commission,Zhenjiang Bureau of Zhenjiang City Bureau,etc.Through the questionnaire survey method,the nursing staff of the Zhenjiang City pension institutions conducted investigations,and using SPSS statistics software for statistics and analysis.This paper introduces the development of nursing home in Zhenjiang City,and analyzes the current situation of long-term care services from the aspects of long-term care service providers,service objects,service levels,service supervision and management.At the same time,the long-term care of Zhenjiang City nursing home has the following questions: The professionalism of service providers is poor,the service personnel are seriously insufficient,service resource configuration is unbalanced,service level and service content standard Not clear,service quality supervision and management is not in place.Further analysis found that the main reasons for the long-term care of the pension in Zhenjiang City have:(1)Long-term care staff team construction lacks professional training;(2)Defiletile old people take the material quality identification;(3)Nursing staff Long-term care cognition is low;(4)long-term care resource allocation lack of reasonable planning;(5)The mechanism care service supervision and management is not perfect.In conjunction with the experience of long-term care of the pension in foreign countries,this paper proposes policy recommendations as follows:(1)Continuous improvement of the comprehensive quality of the caregiver of institutions;(2)Rationally configure long-term care resources for the pension institution;(3)Implement the pension institutionist Vocational development system;(4)Establish a long-term care supervision mechanism for pension institutions system of pension institutions.
