| In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of China’s reform and opening up and the process of socialist modernization,the party and the people put forward new hopes and requirements for the physical and mental development of young pioneers.In the process of comprehensively promoting quality education,the unique advantages and functions of young pioneers’ activities have gradually emerged,which has become an important way for the majority of children to carry out ideological and political education and improve their comprehensive quality.As the most important form of young pioneers’ activities,theme activities can meet the development needs of young pioneers in all aspects to the greatest extent.It is the most powerful "magic weapon" for schools to improve the quality of education and teaching and ensure the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental quality.According to the view of students under quality education,schools should organize students to actively participate in social practice activities,help students to contact and understand the society,combine book knowledge with social practice,so as to cultivate students’ innovative spirit in practice and improve their practical ability in innovation.In 2017,the reform plan for young pioneers issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Ministry of education and the National Working Committee for young pioneers stressed the need to encourage and promote young pioneers to organize and carry out all kinds of off campus practical activities conducive to the healthy growth of children.Outside school is another important space for young pioneers to live and study,and the main place for young pioneers to carry out theme activities.Carrying out activities outside school is not only the extension and supplement of activities inside school,but also the main way for young pioneers to contact and adapt to the society.Therefore,in the new era,it is of great practical significance to carry out the theme activities of young pioneers and give full play to the important role of theme activities in educating people,so as to improve the effectiveness of the work of young pioneers and promote the development of their physical and mental quality.Although the theme activities of the young pioneers have been widely carried out since the founding of new China,the current situation of the theme activities of the young pioneers in primary schools is not optimistic,and there are many factors hindering the development.Therefore,it is the main task of the work of the young pioneers to pay attention to the current situation of the theme activities of the young pioneers,and promote the young pioneers to organize and carry out various theme activities conducive to the healthy growth of children.Based on this,this paper designs a questionnaire and interview outline on the basis of previous literature analysis,and selects three primary schools in Hangzhou and Yuyao respectively for field survey.The survey found that there are many valuable experiences for primary school young pioneers to carry out extracurricular theme activities,and there are also many practical problems to be solved,which are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: the arrangement of activities is not in place,the lack of professionalism of the guidance team,the insufficient integration and utilization of resources,the lack of diversity of activity methods,and the lack of standardization of the development process.By analyzing the causes of these problems,it is found that the differences in parents’ educational level and cognitive level of activities,the school’s attitude towards theme activities and the professional quality of counselors,and the lack of corresponding policy support and correct guidance from the state are the fundamental factors restricting the smooth development of theme activities of young pioneers.In order to solve the above problems,based on the system theory and activity theory,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,focus on the direction,establish a scientific and advanced concept of education;second,aim at positioning,create a full-time and part-time combination of guidance team;third,integrate resources,generate distinctive activity content;fourth,based on the theme,choose flexible and diverse ways and methods;finally,provide guarantee and build a standardized and reasonable institutional system. |
