Study On The Implementation And Optimizing Strategies Of Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting In Primary Schools

The theme team meeting of young pioneers in primary schools is an effective way for schools to carry out the activities of young pioneers,and also an indispensable right-hand assistant in the activities of moral education in primary schools.Effective development of Young Pioneers Theme Team can educate young pioneers' ideology and morality,and cultivate their innovative and practical abilities.Enhancing the effectiveness of Young Pioneers' educational activities is not only the educational requirement of Young Pioneers' activities in the new era,but also the mission of primary school educators.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,observation,interview and case study to investigate the current situation of the Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting in X Primary School of Jinzhou City,Liaoning Province.Firstly,through the current situation of the Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting,the author understands the achievements of the Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting of Jinzhou X Primary School at present,that is,to carry out the Theme Team Meeting has fulfilled the basic task of "Lide Shuren" in the new era,the higher recognition degree of the Theme Team Meeting highlights the enthusiasm of the Young Pioneers to participate in the Team Meeting,the individualization of the Young Pioneers has been comprehensively trained,and the thought of the Young Pi The quality of morality has been well developed.Secondly,although some achievements have been made,there are still some problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting.The author summarizes three points: the young pioneers lack the principal position in the implementation of the Theme Team Meeting,the development of the Theme Team Meeting attaches too much importance to the form and the theme of the Team Meeting are separated,and the development of the Theme Team Meeting does not fully reflect the depth of education.Thirdly,aiming at the problems existing in the theme team meeting,this study mainly analyses the reasons from three aspects: the traditional education concept makes the subject position of the theme team meeting vague,the lack of leadership art in the implementation of the theme team meeting by the squadron counselors,and the lack ofattention and attention paid by the school to the theme team meeting.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons of the youth pioneer theme team in primary schools,the paper puts forward the following three optimization strategies: making clear the main position of the youth pioneer,making sure that I like and participate in it,strengthening the attraction of the theme team meeting,promoting the team meeting and new development,and strengthening the construction of the youth pioneer theme team,so as to make the youth pioneer activities more effective.Exhibition,give play to the role of theme team in moral education of young pioneers,and promote the effectiveness of the theme team in primary schools.This study continues on the basis of previous relevant research,and provides theoretical and practical support for the theme team of Young Pioneers in primary schools.This paper attempts to provide practical and operational strategies for the future development of Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting,and provide some valuable reference for the effective development of Young Pioneers Theme Team Meeting in primary schools in the practical sense.
