Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Activities Of The Young Pioneers In Primary Schools

With the rapid development of China's reform and opening-up and socialist modernization,the community construction gradually improved,and the advantage function of community educating is gradually appearing.Now,Community has become an important space for children's life study,also become an important positions for primary school young pioneers to carry out community activities.“the Young Pioneers Reform Program” which was issued in 2017,It emphasized that young pioneers should be encouraged and promoted to carry out various extracurricular activities and community practice activities which are beneficial to the healthy growth of children.Young Pioneers community activities break the walls of the campus wall,it is the innovation and development of the Young Pioneers' ' activities in schools.That is conducive to enhancing the vitality of the organization,and it is helpful to children's healthy and happy growth.But now,to carry out community activities of the young pioneers' in primary schools has not yet normalized,the frequency of community activities is low.So,on the basis of preliminary research,This paper chooses 6 elementary schools as research object,Which has rich experience of carrying out community activities of the young pioneers.Then,to summarize and refine its outstanding experience,find problems,and analyze the cause of the problems.Based on experience and problems,this paper puts forward the effective practice of young pioneers in primary schools to carry out community activities.Firstly,this paper expounds the category,type,characteristics,importance and necessity of young pioneers ' community activities in primary schools,This is the logical premise and theoretical basis of this article.Secondly,To investigate the actual situation of community activities in seven aspects,such as the basic situation of the activities,the cognition of ideas and attitudes,forms and contents,ways and means,etc.Then,refining the valuable experience accumulated by young pioneers in primary schools,Main includes: Having a correct understanding of the important value of community activities;Building characteristic activities with community characteristics;Enriching the form and content of activities;Striving for community strength to work with organizations.Simultaneously,to find out the problems which exist in the activities.Main includes: There is a gap between the statues of community activities and the expectations of the young pioneers;the guidance team of community activities is weaker;Insufficient integration of community resources;The ways of community activities are not diverse;It is more random to carry out community activities.The causes of the problem are mainly included: Restrictions on the issue of security responsibility;Lack of individual quality of counselors;Team forces have not really formed;the related system construction is not perfect.finally,proposing the five effective ways to carry out community activities in elementary school: Building consensus which can through establishing scientific and advanced idea of educating people;Improving ability which can through creating a diverse mentoring team;Integration the resources to build distinctive activity contents;Choosing effective and diverse implementation methods;Providing security through forming a normative and rational system.
