Research On Application Of Blockchain Technology In Government Data Sharing

With the continuous improvement of social informatization and network communication technology,the data of government departments at all levels has shown the characteristics of large volume and rapid growth,which has improved the government's informatization level and operating efficiency to a certain extent.However,in the practice of government data resource sharing,issues such as mutual trust,privacy protection,data security issues,untimely data exchange,and poor data traceability still exist.Due to the limitations of technology and regulations,on the premise that network information security between governments at all levels is difficult to guarantee,government data sharing is facing different degrees of risk,and it is difficult to ensure the authenticity,integrity,validity,and uniqueness of data.The blockchain technology came into being at this time and is expected to solve these problems.It is regarded as the fifth disruptive innovation of the computing paradigm after mainframes,personal computers,the Internet,and mobile / social networks and has received extensive attention from all walks of life.Therefore,it has also begun to be applied in the field of government data sharing in order to improve the problems in government data sharing in China.Therefore,this article focuses on the application of blockchain technology in government data sharing.Starting from the concepts of government data,government data sharing,and blockchain technology,this paper uses information sharing theory and cross-sector cooperation theory as theoretical tools to conduct in-depth research.This article first elaborates the necessity of the government data sharing in our country,and the development status of the government data sharing.Secondly,the article expounds the Chinese government from four aspects: the consensus is not reached,and the sharing initiative is not strong;the related systems are not perfect,and sharing management is difficult to guarantee;the technical level and standards are not uniform,and the sharing channel is blocked;the data security is difficult to guarantee,and the sharing risk is high to explain the problems with government data sharing.Then it explores how blockchain technology can play a role in government data sharing applications from core technologies such as multi-party maintenance of blockchain technology,consensus mechanisms,cryptographic principles,and smart contracts,and takes the Nanjing blockchain electronic license platform as an example to explain the application of blockchain in government data sharing.Fourthly,it analyzes the problems existing in the application of blockchain technology in government data sharing from five aspects: imperfect rules and regulations,immature application ecology,imperfect supervision system,imperfect laws and regulations,and shortage of human resources.Finally,the article puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from five aspects: improving relevant rules and regulations,developing an ecological system,perfecting a regulatory system,improving laws and regulations,and optimizing the talent environment.
