Research On The Legalization Of Euthanasia

At present,Holland,Switzerland,Belgium,Australia and other western countries have recognized the legalization of euthanasia system,since the establishment of the system,has been the focus of theoretical jurisprudence in China.Due to the domestic nature of the definition of the act there are some differences.There are certain deviations in ideological understanding;The system may be abused.It has not been legalized in China due to ethical challenges and other reasons.The legalization of euthanasia has ethical basis,legal basis and social basis,which meets the needs of the public in the current society.Through the investigation of the euthanasia system outside the region,this paper analyzes and summarizes the factors that can be used for reference.The design of the euthanasia system is carried out from the following five aspects: the applicable object of the euthanasia system,the applicable subjective elements of the euthanasia system,the application subject of the euthanasia system,the executive subject of the euthanasia system and the supervision procedure of the euthanasia system.It puts forward the operation of the euthanasia system from four aspects: the observance,the execution and the application of the euthanasia system.Suggestions are put forward for the realization of the legalization of euthanasia.
