The times are advancing,and the society's requirements for the quality of secondary vocational school students are constantly improving.Although the vast majority of secondary vocational schools position their training goals as cultivating high-quality first-line skilled talents,some secondary vocational schools still have the phenomenon of "emphasizing specialization and neglecting law" in specific practice,that is,attaching importance to professional skills education and neglecting legal quality education The direct result of this approach is that secondary vocational schools do not pay much attention to legal courses,leading to certain problems in the teaching of legal courses and increasing the difficulty of cultivating students' legal literacy.Based on reality,the author completed an interview with a total of 15 law teachers from five secondary vocational schools in Jining and a questionnaire survey of 300 students through an internship at X secondary vocational school in Jining.Through investigation,the author summarized the current situation and existing problems of legal courses in secondary vocational schools,and analyzed the reasons for the problems in legal courses in secondary vocational schools,mainly from the four aspects of school,teachers,teaching methods and students.Based on the above investigation,research and analysis,this article uses the literature research method and the substantive research method to combine the causes of problems in the teaching of law with other factors such as schools and students,and puts forward suggestions for the reform of law courses,mainly including secondary vocational education Schools should increase the importance of legal education,strengthen the construction of legal teachers,strengthen the construction of school-based legal courses,implement the legal subject teaching model,and actively establish the concept of students' active learning.Among them,strengthen the construction and implementation of school-based legal courses The teaching mode of legal subjectivity has practical examples in the article.In summary,this article analyzes the current problems in the teaching of legal courses in secondary vocational schools and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the development of legal courses in secondary vocational schools.
