In recent years,the status of vocational education has been constantly improved,and secondary vocational education has also received more and more attention.Skilled talents with high comprehensive quality,employment ability and basic education have been pouring into the society.Moral education is a compulsory course in secondary vocational schools,and law teaching is an important part of moral education.Secondary vocational law course is the main battlefield for secondary vocational students to conduct legal education.It plays an important role in setting up students’ socialist core values,improving their professional ethics and legal awareness and encouraging students to become law-abiding citizens.Law courses are both theoretical and practical.Practice teaching,as an important part of moral education teaching,helps to enhance students’ learning initiative and improve the effectiveness of teaching.The country has issued some documents to require attention to practical teaching.For now,secondary vocational school moral education practice teaching has made certain achievements.The use of practice teaching in theory has a lot of research,and some teachers and students get affirmation and support.But the lack of in-depth study of the specific implementation sometimes leads to the non-ideal teaching effect.There still exist in practical teaching activities of "theory teaching and practice teaching," phenomenon.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the application of practical teaching method in moral education course in secondary vocational schools.Professional ethics and law is an important legal course for secondary vocational students.The basic knowledge of law is mainly taught in this book,and the effect of the course will directly affect students’ legal literacy and legal consciousness.Based on the requirements of the new curriculum reform and the fundamental to establish students’ faith in the rule of law,the application of practical teaching method of moral education in secondary vocational schools is studied and discussed based on moral cultivation,quality improvement and innovation.Firstly,the concept,significance and principle of the practical teaching method of moral education in secondary vocational schools are summarized in detail.Then selected some secondary vocational school teachers and students as the object of study,and surveyed them in view of the secondary vocational school moral education course practice teaching method application status and existing problems.On this basis,the paper analyzes the difficulties in the application of practical teaching method in moral education in secondary vocational schools,such as the weak system of practical teaching method,the weak faculty of practical teaching,the unscientific evaluation system of practical teaching method and the shortage of practical curriculum resources.Next,inview of the difficulties faced by the practical teaching method of moral education in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores the ways to improve the practical teaching method of moral education in secondary vocational schools,including clarifying the teaching objectives,improving the professional quality of teachers,improving the teaching evaluation system,and developing a variety of practical teaching methods.This paper briefly lists eight forms of practical teaching methods,such as flipped classroom,classroom discussion,simulated court and case teaching.Combined with the characteristics of paying attention to online learning during the epidemic,it analyzes how to use them in teaching and how they will produce effects.In addition,we should continue to explore,innovate and summarize new forms of practical teaching methods to meet the needs of the current situation of teaching.The research on practical teaching method of law course in secondary vocational school is a complex and long-term process,and the effect can’t be achieved immediately,so we need to persevere.
