The new curriculum reform advocates an independent,cooperative,and inquiring learning methods,and the one that best reflects and best meets this concept is cooperative learning.Cooperative learning is student-centered,with learning groups as the basic form of organization.Through teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction,students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning can be improved,and students' creativity,independent thinking and problem-solving ability can be stimulated to a certain extent.It is conducive to improving the disadvantages of teachers filling the classroom in the traditional teaching process and cultivating students' cooperation awareness and cooperation ability.Therefore,cooperative learning is praised as "the most important and successful education reform in recent decades".Through the review of data,it is found that most of the applied research on cooperative learning in China is concentrated in the field of basic education and higher education,mainly in the subject teaching of primary and secondary schools and the teaching of professional courses in universities.Although the applied research in the field of vocational education accounts for a considerable proportion,the applied research of cooperative learning in the teaching of legal courses is still very small.Therefore,the author has explored the practical experience and research of introducing cooperative learning into the teaching of legal courses in secondary vocational schools by drawing on the successful experience of applying cooperative learning in other disciplines.The thesis is mainly divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research methods,research significance,and research status of cooperative learning at home and abroad,and lays the foundation for the research of the paper.The second part expounds the relevant theories of cooperative learning.By consulting relevant books and materials,the concept of cooperative learning,the theoretical basis and basic components of cooperative learning are defined.In order to investigate the application status of cooperative learning in secondary vocational law courses,by issuing teacher questionnaires and student questionnaires,and conducting interviews,according to the survey results,the third part of the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the three stages of pre-class preparation,classroom implementation,and post-class evaluation in the course of cooperative learning.The fourth part is the core part of the thesis.It mainly proposes the corresponding improvement strategies for the problems in the application of cooperative learning.Teachers need to design the implementation process of cooperative learning as a whole,and they are important organizers in the teaching process of cooperative learning.Therefore,the study of applied strategies for cooperative learning is mainly targeted at teachers,including pre-class teaching preparationstrategies,classroom teaching implementation strategies,and post-teaching evaluation strategies.Secondly,students should improve their self-control ability and develop good habits.Schools should also increase teacher training,provide a platform for teachers to communicate,and create conditions and guarantees for the application of cooperative learning in secondary vocational law courses.Only when multiple parties form a joint force can deeper reform of the cooperative learning and teaching model be promoted.The fifth part of the thesis is a practical teaching example designed by the author using cooperative learning for teaching during the internship.The 18-week teaching practice results show that cooperative learning has certain effects in improving students' learning enthusiasm and learning interest.This research hopes to provide front-line teachers with some new ideas and directions for cooperative learning applications,and continuously practice and improve during the teaching process,exploring a cooperative learning teaching mode suitable for law courses in secondary vocational schools in China,so that cooperative learning give full play to its due value,and promote the implementation of the autonomous,cooperative,and inquiry-based learning approach for the new curriculum reform.
