Research On My Country's Old-age Security System Under The Background Of Population Aging

In the past decades,Demographic transition and economic reform and opening up are two important changes that China’s society has undergone.With the rapid economic growth and 40 years of reform and opening up,China has gone through a demographic transition marked by falling fertility,the demographics have changed dramatically,aging is getting worse.Our government has made a lot of efforts in the elderly social security system these years,social services for the elderly have get the great improvement.Due to the ability of family endowment security is insufficient and the demand for specialized and socialized services for the elderly is surging,the government is required to improve the elderly social security system urgently to deal with the problems of an aging population.Improving the social security system for the elderly is a major issue concerning the rights and welfare of the elderly,it will be in favor of social stability and development.The article is centered on the influence of the aging population on China’s elderly to social security system and make the direction clearly,hope to offer new improvement perspectives for the elderly social security system through our studies.Based on the theory of sinicization of marxism,this paper theoretically analyzes the superiority of the socialist system and concludes that the social security system should give full play to its superiority.According to the characteristics of China’s economic and social development,as well as the results of the development of the pension security policy,the pension security system in China is divided into five stages for review,and the sustainability of the pension security system in China is analyzed.By collecting data,this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s aging,as well as the existing problems of China’s old-age security system under the aging background,and the causes of these problems.Through the regional and international comparison of the old-age security system,we get the experience of constructing our old-age security system.In the following part,the author discusses from the aspects of country,enterprise,society and individual,and puts forward suggestions on system construction.Finally,it explores a new old-age security mode--smart old-age care mode,as one of the most important suggestions.Through the institutional standardization and systematic construction of the smart old-age care mode,builds the community smart old-age care service at home mode from the perspective of “Internet +”,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of this new old-age security mode in order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional pension service model to find a way out and the reconstruction of the new era of high-quality,efficient,convenient intelligent pension service model to lay the foundation.
