| Under the current "9073" elderly care model in China,although the majority of elderly people will choose to age at home as the main care,community care as a supplement,only about 3% of the elderly will choose to age in an elderly care institution,but with the gradual increase of empty nest families,the elderly care function of the family will be further weakened,and the restrictive effect of traditional elderly care concept will gradually decrease.However,with the gradual increase of empty nest families,the old-age care function of family will be further weakened,and the restrictive effect of traditional old-age care concept will gradually decrease.In today’s serious aging and diversified needs of the elderly,the senior care industry is no longer a windfall,but has formed an inevitable trend from "senior care" to "enjoying old age",and there will be a huge supply gap of senior care services in the future,and smart senior care products and services will be the solution to this crisis.In the future,smart senior care products and services will be a crucial way to solve the crisis,helping the elderly to enjoy more convenient,safe and intelligent services,solving some social ethical problems,and relieving caregivers from some mechanical and repetitive services and reducing the burden of intermediary care.However,at present,there are still difficulties in the process of "smart elderly care" entering people’s vision and putting it into practical application to explore the integration and innovation mode.Therefore,this paper focuses on the development of smart senior care services in senior care institutions in D.Through a questionnaire survey of128 senior citizens over 60 years old,25 heads of institutions and 52 family members of senior citizens in 25 senior care institutions or community senior care service centers in 10 districts of D,and in-depth interviews with some experts and directors of senior care institutions,we gain an in-depth understanding of the current development of smart services in senior care institutions in D.We found that the wisdom platform construction,wisdom facilities,specific wisdom service contents and wisdom management methods of D city elderly institutions have shown the real problems of "lack of platform,negative technology,overlapping contents and management burden",which hinder the effect of wisdom technology embedded in traditional elderly services.Therefore,this paper explores the feasible path to enhance the capability of urban wisdom elderly service from three aspects of "platform synergy,main body synergy and structure synergy" with the help of synergy theory,i.e.,to establish an elderly information resource sharing platform to promote platform "integration",to establish a multi In this way,the wisdom technology can be better integrated into the practical application of the existing senior care model,improve its overall operational efficiency,and ensure that the elderly groups have a greater sense of access in the modernization of digital governance.In this way,intelligent technology can be better integrated into the actual application of the existing senior care model,improve its overall operational efficiency,and ensure that senior citizens have more sense of access to digital governance modernization. |
