In the face of the increasingly large senior population and the severe aging situation,China’s existing senior care service system is making a series of practices to optimize and upgrade.In this context,the emphasis on the intelligence transformation and integration of senior technology has brought profound changes to the existing traditional senior care concepts,models and technology applications,and has also redefined and reinterpreted the self-cognition of the senior,the social perception of the senior,the industrial and social value of the senior.Thus,the establishment of a new intelligent senior care model optimization solution under the digital innovation environment has become a hot spot for research.Faced with this problem,the author takes the design of the smart senior care system from the perspective of micro-demand as the research object,adopts an interdisciplinary research method,emphasize on the satisfaction of the internal demands of the senior,the integration of intelligence technologies,and the coordinated development of industries;clarifies the research subject and basic theoretical support on the basis of understanding the system design concept and technical support;establishes the theory of smart senior system design with micro demand cognition and analysis as the core from the perspective of respecting the aging society through the reconstruction of the relationship between the main body of the system power,the restructuring of the relationship between technology and product service supply,and the reconstruction of social relations,etc.At the same time,the author explores the system structure and practice method of smart senior care system design by combining theoretical elaboration and practical verification.This paper mainly focuses on four aspects: First,through research,the author sorts out the paradigm shift of smart senior care in the digital environment and the background of the aging society,and clarifies the basic concepts,characteristics and values,technical support,research paths and theories foundation of smart senior care system design.Second,starting with the concept of micro-demand cognition and analysis,and system design for aging,gradually analyze the internal mechanism and morphological structure of the smart senior care system design consisted by three main parts of body-mind co-construction,hierarchical policy implementation,and symbiotic link.Third,through the analysis of system coordination elements,functional theme stratification,internal and external coordination modes,and system utility dimensions,the “3H4S” smart senior care design system model that strives to match demand and supply will be constructed.Fourth,combined with “The Design of Smart Senior Care System” Project led by the author,a set of workflows,evaluation systems and verification methods have been established,and the overall effect of the system’s operation has been verified.Through the above research,it is shown that the design of the Smart Senior Care System led by bottom-up micro demand will make up the function of the existing macro planning and management smart pension system.It can promote the construction of the Smart Senior Care system from the pan-platform construction as the center to the system construction centered on the actual needs of the elderly,from the one-dimensional supply research of “services and products” to the multi-dimensional hierarchical supply response research combined with “services and products”,and promote the research of the intelligent elderly service self-care system and the full-link guarantee system.The research on the design of smart care system with the goal of micro demand guarantee adds a multi-dimensional and threedimensional research perspective to the optimization of China’s senior service system and the development of senior industry,provides an effective methodological system for the practice of smart care system,and has certain social significance for design innovation to promote the formation of a friendly aging society. |
