Research On The Ethical Issues Of P2p Online Lending Platforms In My Country

Since the 21st century,China's Internet finance industry is booming,and as one of the five major development models of Internet finance,p2 p leading plays an important role in personal consumer finance and small and micro enterprise loan demand.However,in recent years,a variety of moral anomie problems have appeared in P2 P online lending platform,which greatly hindered the development of the platform,and the number of platforms has been shrinking to zero.Although the platform has been cleared,it does not mean that the responsibility and loss behind it has been cleared.Analyzing the ethical problems in the operation of P2 P platform is not only conducive to the follow-up work of the platform itself,but also has important reference significance for the development and operation of other online lending platforms.In view of the current situation and existing problems of China's p2 p platform,this article has carried out further research.First of all,the p2 p leading ethics is divided into two parts,namely the p2 p leading platform and the p2 p leading platform ethics,briefly introduces the role,origin,current situation and mode of the p2 p leading platform,and analyzes its relationship with ethics and related ethical characteristics;On this basis,investigate the ethical lack in the p2 p industry,Combined with the characteristics of concealment,virtuality and difficulty to control,and clarify the specific manifestations of moral anomie from the three aspects of technical ethics,human ethics,contract ethics,pointing out that the main reason is that the platform itself,the external environment and the main body of the transaction are three parts;Finally,to address the ethical deficiencies in the p2 p industry,we propose solutions from four aspects: strengthening institutional ethics,strengthening credit ethics,building platform moral consciousness and improving ethical environment,starting from the research results of this article,we look forward to the future ethical construction of online leading.
