The Study On The Network Moral Anomie And Construction

Standardize network ethics is the moral and ethical problems in the network information age.Especially in the current network which is flooded with false information,illegal violence informatio,to order the network moral and build a good health environment has become an important aspect of improving the network society, and in the establishment of the network ethics problems,as the network society main body,network information providers and social networks of participants have the primary responsibility.With the development of network information technology,the number of Internet users especially young Internet users continues to increase,as a solution to the network society a lot of bad behaviors,such as network moral anomie main way-to establish a standardized network morals,is paid more and more attention. Network moral norms for the establishment of a harmonious and healthy building network environment and harmonious network society have important significance.This thesis is composed of four chapters:The first chapter analysis the background, research significance and the network morality which is discussed in the aspects of our country’s research results.The second chapter mainly introduces the network moral society and network moral concepts and main content focus on the analysis of network morality.The third chapter analysis the background,research significance and the network morality which is discussed in the aspects of our country’s research results.Introduce the network moral specific model,including the network moral consciousness which is weak,the network moral behavior of malicious,violation of network ethics.Analyze and summarize the main cause of network behavior anomie,including the moral quality of landslide,failure of legal control in the network society,the development of network technology not mature,Regulation of the network which is not enough.The path of the fourth chapter as the focus of this paper,mainly puts forward corresponding suggestions on network moral anomie behavior correction,for the construction and puts forward some thoughts and counter measures to improve network moral norms,including:establishing the principle of moral construction of the network; the network moral education of network moral consciousness;the network system innovation and improve the network moral norms in the legal and moral behavior regulations;network moral construction of international cooperation and exchange.
