Research On Social Memory Symbols In Wang Qingsong's Artistic Photography

The birth of digital imaging technology broadens the expression of images.When the public are pursuing the high pixel of digital equipment and the super analytical power of digital later technology,few photographers can correctly view and use the imaging language system under the new technology.As one of the leading figures in Chinese art photography,Wang Qingsong is highly sensitive and deeply thinking about the changes experienced by Chinese society.Wang Qingsong draws inspiration from his personal experience and living environment,depicts the general public from the most common perspective,and uses diversified creative techniques and social memory symbols to shoot many typical images.He infuses "documentary" into art photography and combines art photography with popular culture.He often integrates different dimensions of social events into the same dimension.Using his own unique artistic creation to show the Chinese social change from the personal perspective,guide the viewer in the virtual time and space,and convey the profound artistic idea at the same time.This paper first expounds the social memory content expression of Wang Qingsong's artistic photography,analyzes the social and cultural memory and creative form in Wang Qingsong's artistic photography creation by case analysis,and classifies his works symbolically.Through the research,it is found that in art photography,"character image "," life scene "," social event " and other intuitive social memory symbols are most easily accepted by the public,but also conducive to shaping the typical events,characters,life,production and other images in photographic works.Secondly,this paper probes into the social elements in Wang Qingsong's artistic photography,excavates the internal and external factors that affect the formation of Wang Qingsong's artistic photography style,as well as the various artistic languages and aesthetic cultural contexts used in his photography creation.In addition,this paper focuses on the analysis of Wang Qingsong's typical photography cases,and analyzes the application of social memory symbols in his works of art photography.Finally,this paper summarizes the expression of social memory in Wang Qingsong's art photography,expounds his influence on the development of Chinese art photography,and enlightens personal photography practice creation.
