Chinese characters are the symbolic system for recording Chinese language and the important carrier for the inheritance of Chinese culture for thousands of years.As a foreign language,the teaching of Chinese characters is diffcult for teachers and second language learners.However,it is still necessary.In order to improve the efficiency of Chinese character teaching and reduce the frequency of Chinese character errors,it is necessary to study and explore the teaching of Chinese character writing for foreign students.This paper selects the errors in Chinese character writing of foreign students in Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology as the research object,and finds out 859 errors in Chinese character writing by analyzing the writing materials of foreign students in Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology(such as examination papers and Chinese character exercise books).From the three levels of stroke error,component error and whole word error,it can be divided into two categories: single error and comprehensive error.Through data statistics and analysis,the probability of the occurrence of various errors is counted,and the different types of errors are analyzed in detail.In the single error,stroke confusion,158 characters,accounting for 18.4% of the total error;Stroke loss,199 words,accounting for23.1% of the total percentage of errors;Stroke dislocation,22 words,accounting for the total percentage of errors of 2.6%;The combination of strokes was wrong,182 words,21.2%;Component confusion,32 words,accounting for 3.7% of the total percentage of errors;Component loss,63 words,accounting for 7.4% of the total percentage of error words;Component deformation,56 words,accounting for the total percentage of error words 6.5%;Component dislocation,7 words,accounting for the error of the total percentage of 0.8% words;Forty-seven characters were confused,accounting for 5.5% of the total error.In the comprehensive error,stroke reduction + wrong stroke combination,32 characters,accounting for 3.7% of the total error;Confusion of single stroke combination and compound stroke combination + wrong stroke combination,9 characters,accounting for 1.0% of the total error words;6 words,accounting for 0.7% of the total percentage of errors;Single stroke combination and compound stroke confusion + stroke reduction,9words,accounting for 1.0% of the total error words;Shape near stroke confusion +stroke reduction,12 characters,accounting for the total percentage of errors 1.4%;Stroke increase + stroke combination is wrong,5 words,accounting for 0.6% of the total error;Stroke reduction + stroke dislocation,3 words,accounting for 0.4% of the total percentage of error words;Stroke combination + stroke dislocation,5 words,accounting for 0.6% of the total error of words;Part reduction + stroke combination error,4 words,accounting for the error of the total percentage of 0.5%;Component reduction + single stroke and compound stroke confusion,2 words,accounting for0.2% of the total error word percentage;Stroke confusion + stroke reduction + stroke combination error,6 words,accounting for 0.7% of the total percentage of errors.Through classroom observation,reading the related literature and the students' basic information,this paper analyzes the reasons of the students in Chinese character errors,which mainly are the reason of Chinese characters,the reason of the cause of the learners,teachers and textbooks.Based on the errors made by foreign students Chinese characters writing types and reasons,it is necessary to adopt appropriate teaching methods,such as stroke,components and the whole word,to cultivate students' enthusiasm for learning Chinese characters,to improve the efficiency of learning Chinese characters,and provide the reference for national class.
