Learning Chinese characters is the biggest obstacle for foreign students, and how to teach Chinese characters well is also difficult. It is a weak point for Teaching Chinese as a Second Language Profession. In recent years, with foreign language teaching and Chinese research on the body of the study, to enhance the teaching of Chinese characters for foreign students has become the consensus of the Foreign Language Teaching Profession. On the problems of foreign students how to improve the writing Chinese character's efficiency,and how to improve the foreign language teaching, the Second Language Teaching Profession has become a research hotspot.I am quite interested in teaching and researching the Chinese characters. So I made some more detailed statistics of the foreign students' writing errors, and found that the universal and long-term characteristics of foreign students' writing errors, Foreign learners of Chinese characters in different stages of learning Chinese characters generated errors showed different characteristics. It can be reflected from one side of the learning process of foreign students'encountered difficulties in learning and memory, and it can also reflect learning methods, teaching methods and materials, and many other problems and deficiencies. In view of this, we need to conduct a larger, more systematic and comprehensive investigation and study of the errors of foreign students writing Chinese characters, aimed at foreign language teaching, especially Teaching Chinese as a Second Language Profession reign study provide some ideas and specific proposals.The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the problem of foreign students' writing Chinese characters errors, the scope of this paper to study, research status, purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods. Chapter III, the article's theme part, a detailed analysis of summed up from the corpus strokes bias, component errors, structural errors, and each of its parts were meticulously analyzed and classified, and on this basis, the analysis of their respective causes, trying to find effective countermeasures. Chapter IV, the countermeasures of foreign students' writing Chinese characters errors, for students of all stages of writing Chinese characters are the major types of errors, puts forward a different teaching strategies to guide the teaching.
