Research On The Supply And Demand Relationship Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Shangqiu Urban-rural Integration Demonstration Area

Culture is the lifeblood of a nation,the embodiment of a country's spiritual strength,and the spiritual driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China is a big agricultural country,"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" problem is the country to achieve prosperity must be solved,rural public cultural service construction is an important part of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.In recent years,with the increasing investment in the construction of rural public cultural services,the satisfaction degree of the cultural needs of the broad masses is also increasing.However,there are still problems such as low participation in cultural activities,low utilization rate of cultural service places and facilities.How to improve the effect of rural public cultural service supply is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the supply and demand relationship of rural public cultural services in Shangqiu urban-rural integration demonstration area was studied and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and field survey.Through investigation and research,it is found that the construction of rural public cultural services in the demonstration area of urban and rural integration in Shangqiu has made certain achievements.The government has continuously introduced new policies and measures to provide support,and the coverage rate and type of cultural service activities and cultural service facilities are also steadily improving.Shangqiu city and countryside integration demonstration area of rural public cultural service supply and demand in the target exists consistency and part of the content,but the existing cultural service activities and cultural service facilities supply type,supply and capital investment situation and demand of rural residents have deviation,the supply of rural cultural talents also meet cannot meet the needs of rural residents.The main reasons are insufficient investment of funds and resources,lack of mass expression mechanism,lack of cultural talents,imperfect performance evaluation system,weak development of diversified supply and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural public cultural services,which mainly include: increasing the investment of funds and resources,establishing and improving the channels for the expression and feedback of the needs of the masses,coordinating the construction of urban and rural talent teams,establishing a performance evaluation mechanism and strengthening diversified supply.Rural public cultural services for the construction of the need to constantly improve progress to meet the needs of farmers diversify gradually,is not able to complete overnight,need government continuously investment and farmers to cooperate,hope this research can Shangqiu integrated demonstration area of rural public cultural services in urban and rural areas to provide some reference value,to contribute to the rural development.
