As a yardstick to measure whether students achieve the training objectives,dissertation has become the most important part of students’ graduation,and the topic selection and writing mode of dissertation are very important for thesis.In view of this,this paper takes 628 dissertations of Chinese International Education from Guangzhou University,Sun Yat sen University and Jinan University from 2010 to2019 as the research objects,and uses the methods of literature analysis,data statistical analysis and summary to sort out and analyze the research objects.This paper first makes statistics and Analysis on the data of dissertations according to the categories of topics,and divides the topics into seven categories:Chinese ontology research,Chinese teaching materials,Chinese teaching,experimental testing and evaluation,culture and communication,language acquisition and other categories.Then,it makes statistics and Analysis on the types of master’s degree theses of Chinese international education,including special research,research report,teaching design,teaching experiment and case analysis.Then,the paper takes the paper structure framework and research methods as the breakthrough point to make statistics and Analysis on the writing mode,which investigates and analyzes the structure framework of five types of paper forms,and also makes statistics and Analysis on the research methods.Research methods are divided into empirical research and non empirical research.Empirical research also includes qualitative research,quantitative research and mixed research.Finally,six problems are summarized: 1.the paper topic presents centralization,2.some papers lack pertinence,3.the paper type presents centralization,4.the lack of integrity of individual papers,5.the research methods are not enough attention,6.the lack of data collection.Four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which are: 1.Pay more attention to the frontier of the subject and find out the problems of interest;2.combine theory with teaching practice to find problems in teaching practice;3.write different types of papers actively to pave the way for academic papers;4.be familiar with the writing mode of papers and arrange writing plans reasonably.
