Bullying will seriously harm individuals' physical and mental health.Due to the particularity of prison environment, bullying in prison will increase prisoners' psychological burden and even lead to depression or anxiety, which seriously hinders prison police's psychological correction and reform of prisoners. How to reduce the negative impact of prison bullying on individual mental health, relieve the psychological pressure of prisoners,so as to help prison staff to carry out psychological correction and management of prisoners is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the theory of social cognition, this study attempts to integrate previous theories by combining cognitive emotion regulation theory, social support buffer model and Rutter's mental resilience development model. This paper discusses the relationship between cognitive emotional regulation, social support and mental resilience in prison bullying and mental health, establishes the relationship model of the above variables, and tests its internal mechanism,so as to provide concrete and feasible Suggestions for prison management. In this study, questionnaires were used to investigate 1142 prisoners. The results are as follows:In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1142 prisoners to investigate the degree of bullying, cognitive emotional regulation, social support and psychological resilience of prisoners, and to study how cognitive emotional regulation, social support and psychological resilience affect the mechanism of bullying on mental health. The results are as follows:(1)Prison bullying can significantly positively predict prisoners' negative cognitive emotional regulation, depression and anxiety level, and significantly negatively predict prisoners' mental resilience and social support.(2)Positive cognitive emotional regulation plays a partial mediating role in bullying and mental health, and a partial mediating role in bullying, depression and anxiety, respectively.Negative cognitive emotion regulation plays a partial mediatingrole in bullying and mental health, and a partial mediating role in bullying, depression and anxiety.(3)Mental resilience plays a partial mediating role in bullying and mental health, and a partial mediating role in bullying, depression and anxiety.(4)Social support plays a partial mediating role in bullying and mental health,a complete mediating role in bullying and depression, and a partial mediating role in bullying and anxiety.(5)Negative cognitive emotion regulation, psychological resilience and social support play a partial mediating role in the multiple mediating model of bullying affecting depression, while the mediating role of positive cognitive emotion regulation is not significant.(6)Negative cognitive emotion regulation and mental resilience play a partial mediating role in the multiple mediating model of bullying affecting anxiety. The mediating effect of social support and positive cognitive emotion regulation is not significant. The study examined the internal mechanisms of cognitive emotional regulation, resilience and social support in the impact of bullying on mental health. To provide reference and Suggestions for prison officers to facilitate the management and correction of prisoners.
