Abstract/Summary:
The Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,a special school was established with the affectionately concern of the party central committee and the government of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the anti-Japanese war period,and it was the first specialized school for convalescing and educating disabled soldiers in the history of the Chinese Communist Party.From the establishment in 1938 to stop running in 1956,The Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region had surmounted various kind of difficulties with the historical sense of responsibility of revolutionary cause and the disabled soldiers,trained a large number of talented disabled soldiers for Chinese Communist Party and our country in different historical periods.Investigating the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region is conducive to roundly know and grasp the different-level education history in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,especially make people have an overall understanding for the forces education of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.In addition,through analysis the school-running experiences of educational spirit of "living on the hump,hard-working and plain living,supporting the government and cherishing the people,integrating the military and civilian",which has taken shape during the development of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,can provide some references for today’s our country and all levels of government in carrying out "double support" activity.The object of this dissertation is the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,and it was mainly use literature analysis method,historical research method and filed observation method in this dissertation.The research findings of this paper including the following six parts:The first part concentrates on the introduction,which principally expound illustrates the investigative origins,the relevant literature summary,the research idea and the research method etc.and this part also illustrates the rethink for the innovation and deficiency of this dissertation.The second part involved in the establishment background of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.This part chiefly analyzes the historical cause and realistic condition of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region emersion.The foundation of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region not only influenced by the historical causes of the social development of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and the Chinese Communist Party attach importance to preferential treatment work and so on,but also the realistic reasons such as the need of anti-Japanese war,the current need of disabled soldiers and the carrying out of the "double support" activity in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region as well as a significant power to promote the establishment of this school.The third part is the historic evolution and management system of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.This thesis think that The Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region had undergone three different historic stages:the period of looking for survival in Nationalist party oppose Chinese Communist Party waves,the period of pursuing development in the climax of the Large Productive Movement and the period of cultivating talent people in the upsurge of construction new China,and it also according to these different stages introduced the prime task in each period of this school.The management system of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region includes external leadership system and school interior management system.This paper mainly analyze and introduce two specialized management organizations,Pension Committee of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and Disabled Soldiers Management Committee in Shannxi Province from the external leadership system of this school,as for the school interior management system of this school,here roundly analyze and summarize the leadership structure and institutional framework,the students management work,the teaching jobs management,the teachers and school expenditure management etc.The fourth part refers to the trait of the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,this dissertation consider that during the long-term development,the Disabled Military School of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region had taken shape the following traits:firstly,this school flexibly adjust it teaching purposes to preferably shoulder the historic responsibility of cultivating disabled soldiers.Second is the particularity of this school’s education objects during diverse historical period and it’s targeted educational activities.Third,this school set up targeted teaching content and multiple teaching methods for improving disabled soldiers’ cultural knowledge level and productive labor skills.The fifth part is about the school-running experience of the Disabled Military School in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and it’s enlightenment for today’s"double-support" work.This paper deem that the Disabled Military School in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region has taken shape some valuable school-running experience,such as the school-running tenet of adhering Party’s leadership as well as cultivating and conserving revolutionary force,the school-running principle of fulfilling seek truth from facts and combining theory and practice,and developing the school-running spirit including self-independence,struggle hard for existence,supporting the government and cherish people,army-civilian integration.All of these school-running experiences exert a significant enlightenment for effectively carrying out today’s double-support work.At new era,effectively implementing "double support"work need to clear the basis of making the directing thoughts,"military-civilian integration deepness development",then firming the awareness of revolving around the service overall situation,striving practice the method of "double support" activity’s focus move down to social basement layer.The peroration part is the summary and sublimation of this dissertation,which emphasize the enlightenment and reference of the Disabled Military School in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region for today’s "double support" work.
