Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Zheng's No. 2 Fumigation And Washing Medicine In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Zheng's No.2 fumigation medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: this trial using randomized,double-blind,placebo parallel controlled trial,participate in the study cases from Chengdu institute affiliated sports hospital outpatient cases,from March 2021 to January 2022 collected 180 cases,according to random knee osteoarthritis method is divided into test group and control group,according to 1:1 allocation,test group 90 cases,control group 90 cases.All cases are equipped with a corresponding numbered test drug or placebo.The test group smoked and washed the affected knee with Zheng's No.2 fumigation medicine once a day.Each bag can be used for one day,2weeks for 1 treatment course,and 2 courses of treatment cycle.The control group used Zheng's 2 placebo,and the same test group.Through WOMAC score scale and TCM syndrome score table,the knee pain,knee movement function,knee stiffness and TCM syndrome were evaluated respectively,recorded once at the beginning of the trial,and functional examination and consultation 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the start of the trial,and the patient data were recorded.Results: A total of 180 subjects were included in this study,including 4 shedding cases and 7 shedding cases in the control group,and the remaining 169 subjects completed treatment courses.Statistical analysis results are as follows: 1.Baseline data before treatment in both groups,After a statistical analysis,The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),The group data of patients in group 2 were comparable between groups;2.Patients in the treatment group were reduced after 2 weeks of medication,No integral changes in the control group,Upon inspection,The difference were significant(P <0.05);3 After 4weeks of medication in both groups,All integration of WOMAC scale were significantly reduced in the treatment group,No significant decrease in the control group,Upon inspection,The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);4.Evaluation of the efficacy between the two patient groups: after treatment,Comparing the efficiency of TCM syndrome syndrome between the two groups,Of the 86 patients in the treatment group,In 16 cases,In 54 cases,Effective in the first 10 cases,Invalid for 6 cases,The response rate is 93.02%;There were 83 cases in the control group: 0 patients were cured clinically,In 7 cases,Effective in the first 12 cases,In 64 cases,The response rate was 22.89%,The overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed,With a significant difference(P <0.05),That is,the treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Zheng's No.2 fumigation medicine is effective and suitable for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome).
