| Objective:To observe the difference in the efficacy of Paralysis decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and Loxoprofenna gel paste in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to explore the feasible treatment options for the treatment of cold and wet obstructive knee osteoarthritis.Method:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis with cold and wet obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used Paralysis decoction with Chinese medicine for fumigation, and the control group used Paralysis decoction with Loxoprofenna gel paste for external use.The efficacy differences between the two treatments were judged by comparing the medical syndrome score,VAS score and WOMAC index between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:the score of medical syndrome decreased in both groups before and after treatment and was statistically significant in the intra-group comparison(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.VAS score:The VAS score of the two groups decreased statistically significantly compared with the pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.WOMAC score:The WOMAC scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment, and were statistically significant(P<0.05),among which the total WOMAC score, stiffness score, and difficulty score of daily life after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the WOMAC pain score of the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Clinical efficacy judgment:the effective rate of the treatment group was 9 0%,the effective rate of the control group was 6 6.67%,and the comparison of the effective rates of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.both juanbi tang with herbal fumigation and juanbi tang with loxoprofen sodium gel paste applied topically have good efficacy on patients with cold and wet obstruction type KOA.2.The efficacy of juanbi tang with herbal fumigation and juanbi tang with loxoprofen sodium gel paste was similar for knee pain in KOA patients with cold and wet obstruction.3.The efficacy of juanbi tang with herbal fumigation was better than that of juanbi tang with loxoprofen sodium gel paste for KOA with cold and wet obstruction. |
