Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With Functional Exercise To Treat Knee Joint Osteoarthritis In Early And Middle Stage

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage.Methods: The principle of random grouping and parallel control was used in this study. The research object is January 2015 ~ 2016 years 1 month in Xiangyang City traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient or inpatient treatment early metaphase knee osteoarthritis patients, will meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 60 patients with early mid knee osseous arthritis patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(n = 30). The control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with functional exercise therapy, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with functional exercise therapy, treatment for 5 courses(1 on Monday). Before and after the treatment respectively using the HSS score standard on the patient's pain, walking function, activity, muscle strength, joint deformity, stability and reducing project is divided into 7 score, then the results of scoring from pain, activity, walking four aspects of function and clinical outcomes were statistically analyzed. All the experimental data were analyzed by using SPSS22.0 software for data analysis.Results: After 5 weeks of treatment, two groups of knee joint pain degree than before treatment were significantly reduced, with significant difference(P < 0.05); and through the group, with significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group to reduce the degree of more obvious. After 5 weeks of treatment, two groups of knee joint activity degree than before treatment were significantly improved, with significant difference(P < 0.05); and through inter group comparison, with significant difference(P < 0.05), were more obvious in the treatment group, the degree of improvement. After 5 weeks of treatment, the two groups of patients walking function compared with those before treatment were significantly enhanced, with significant difference(P < 0.05); and through inter group comparison, with significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group the degree of enhancement is more significant. Two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation score(HSS) in treatment group, the effective rate was 83.3%. In the control group efficiency was 63.3%, the clinical curative effect of the two groups by statistical analysis, with significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect is better than that of intra-articular injection of glass acid sodium combined with functional exercise in the treatment of curative effect, can significantly improve the patient's pain, joint range of motion and walking function; Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with functional exercise is a treatment for early metaphase knee osseous arthritis curative effect better, simple operation, less side effects of treatment, it is worth clinical further research and promotion.
