Research Objectives:To explore the effect of core muscle training on balance dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia and provide a new idea for clinical treatment.Research methods:Forty-five patients with balance dysfunction were selected after stroke, according to the order of treatment, the patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(15 cases),experimental group 1(14 cases)and experimental group 2(16 cases)according to computer random number table method.Control group given acupuncture and medium frequency electrotherapy treatment,as well as strength training, joint mobility training, neurophysiological therapy, such as bobath therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and other routine rehabilitation training, the experimental group was added with core muscle training on the basis of the control group,in experimental group 1,each core muscle training movement completed 10 times,in experimental group 2,each core muscle training movement completed 20 times. The training time of experimental group 1 was 40 minutes(30 minutes of routine rehabilitation training+10 minutes of core muscle training),and the training time of experimental group 2was 50 minutes(30 minutes of routine rehabilitation training +20 minutes of core muscle training),once a day,six times a week, with Sunday off,for 4 weeks.Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Stroke Patients Posture Control Scale(PASS),Sheikh Trunk Control Ability Rating Scale and modified Barthel Index(MBI)were selected as evaluation indexes, and SPSS25 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,BBS score,PASS score, torso control ability score and MBI score of patients in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,BBS score,PASS score, torso control ability score and MBI score of patients in experimental group 1 were higher than those in control group;BBS score,PASS score, torso control ability score and MBI score of patients in experimental group 2 were significantly higher than those in control group,BBS score,PASS score, torso control ability score and MBI score in experimental group 2were higher than those in experimental group 1,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture, medium frequency electrotherapy and routine rehabilitation training can improve the balance function, trunk control ability and daily living activities ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia;2.The core muscle training combined with acupuncture, medium frequency electrotherapy and routine rehabilitation training can effectively improve the balance ability, trunk control ability and daily living activity ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and the effect is better than the combination of acupuncture, medium frequency electrotherapy and routine rehabilitation training.
