Objective:Exploring the important effects of standing vibration training of both lower limbs and suspension core stability training on maintaining the balance of stroke and patients with hemiplegia and encephalopathy,it is Planned to analyze the immediate effects of vibration training and suspension core stability training methods in a two-stage comparison. The clinical selection and implementation of rehabilitation training methods Provide basis and reference. Methods: Thirty-two 30-40 year old Patients with stroke and hemiplegia provided by Shanxi Rongjun Hospital were selected as the test subjects. The test location was in the rehabilitation assessment and training hall of Shanxi Rongjun Hospital. The experiment used a two-stage cross-control design, and the patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).In the first stage, group A received bilateral lower limb vibration training, and group B received suspension core stability training;after a 5-day washout period,in the second phase, group A received suspension core stability training, and group B received bilateral lower limb vibration training.Tests are performed before and after each group of treatment at each stage. The test content includes TUG test(the timed up and go test),FR test(functional upper limb extension),MWS(10m maximum walking speed test),Tetrax balance Instrument test(select two indicators of WDI NO and WDI NC).Vibration training uses standing lower limb vibration training, using domestic ring-shaped image vibration platform, first adjust the patient’s torso posture to the neutral position of the alignment, and then train for 10 min,the training frequency is 4HZ.Suspension core stability training uses domestic suspension equipment. The training method is: the patient takes a supine position, feet are suspended with non-elastic rope, the pelvis is suspended with an elastic band, and then the patient’s abdomen is pressurized to keep the patient’s pelvis stable.Ask the patient to do the supine pelvic lifting exercise and train for 10 minutes under the suspension system. Results: 1.TUG
