Research purposes:This Essay aims to study the clinical effects of the core muscle suspension training method on the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,to explore the relationship and mechanism of actions between the core muscle suspension training method and the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,to apply the surface electromyography technique to the balance function, and to provide a new idea for quantitative assessment of the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Research method:Twenty-four patients with hemiplegia(5 patients did not complete the experiment and 19 patients made it)who met with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the comparison group(traditional rehabilitation training group)and the experimental group(core muscle group suspension training group). Two groups of patients underwent both routine clinical treatment and rehabilitation training. On the basis of this, the comparison group increased an extra 20 minutes self-training per day and the experimental group enjoyed the core muscle suspension training for 20 minutes every day. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer Balance(FM-B),Fugl-Meyer lower extremity function assessment(FM-L),Manual Muscle Testing(MMT),Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),and multifidus Evaluation of integrated electromyography(IEMG)value, median frequency(MF)value, and mean power frequency(MPF)value in surface electromyography(SEMG)were evaluated before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups.Research result:1.Conventional scaleScores on BBS,FM-B,FM-L,MMT,and MBI significantly increased in both groups after treatment for 4 weeks, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)on BBS,FMB,FM-L,MBI;however on MMT,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);after 4weeks treatment,MAS shows that, the difference in the comparison group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the difference in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Surface ElectromyographyComparison difference data on the IEMG value of the multi-cleft muscle: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment for 4 weeks, however there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Comparison difference data on the MF value of the multi-cleft muscle : after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Comparison difference data on the MPF value of the multi-cleft muscle: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment for 4 weeks, and also the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.Both the traditional rehabilitation training method and the core muscle group suspension training method are effective for improving the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, but the clinical effect of the core muscle group suspension training method is better;2.The core muscle suspension training method can effectively activate the core stability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve the lower limbs spasm of patients, and improve the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia;3.By comparison of Multi-cleft muscle IEMG value,MF value, and MPF value on the patients,it could effectively reflect the bilateral balance of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and have a certain reference value for the evaluation of balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
