Research On Medical Insurance Work In Provincial TCM Hospitals Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

With the rapid development of the reform of China's medical and health system,China'smedical insurance system is undergoing continuous and in-depth reform,and a nationwide ealth insurance system covering both urban and rural residents has gradually been stablished and improved,the designated hospitals of medical insurance are faced with more and more insured patients.The survival and development of hospitals are closely related to the anagement of hospital medical insurance.Under the new situation of Universal Medical Insurance,the hospital medical insurance management needs to develop in depth to the fine aspect.This is an important measure to improve the overall management level of the hospital.It is not only the core competitiveness of the scientific development of medical insurance,is also its important guarantee and the only way which enhances the benefit.Faced with the macro-social background of deepening medical reform,the provincial hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as an important part of China's medical system,should base themselves on the objective reality of promoting and perfecting the medical insurance system,and combine the traditional culture of TCM with the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment,strengthening internal construction and improving hospital medical insurance management level.E Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),as a provincial third-class and first-class public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,is facing the general situation of the overall advancement of the universal medical insurance system,the in-depth reform of the medical insurance system and the growing popularity of the healthy China strategy under the background of the new medical reform,the management of medical insurance has also become an important part of hospital management.Objective:Taking e hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine as an example,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the medical insurance work of the Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of the new medical reform and the measures to be taken to deal with the situation of the new medical reform,so as to improve the medical insurance management level of the Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,to improve the effect and efficiency of hospital medical insurance,to promote the healthy and healthy development of hospital medical insurance,and to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.Methods:Through Literature Research and case analysis,to understand the history of health care system reform and medical insurance system development in China,and to analyze its impact on hospital health care work,through the analysis and research on the actual situation of medical insurance in e hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes the present situation and problems of hospital management,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the management of medical insurance in e hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:It was found that the management of hospital medical insurance work was still in the stage of passively carrying out relevant policies and regulations,coping with inspection and examination and dealing with routine affairs for a long time,the problems such as the low level of fine management in hospital medical insurance work,the weak system in hospital and the low level of hospital information management are common and exist for a long time.Conclusion: In response to the problems identified,some suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the organization construction,strengthening the management of hospital medical insurance system,controlling the expenses reasonably,strengthening the construction of hospital information system,exploring the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and the combination of medical insurance policy.
