A Study Of Insured Inpatients' Satisfaction In Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Due to the department of health care reform,patients is becoming the key factor to the medical institutions competition.To medical institutions,the one who get higher patients' satisfaction is the one who can a Greater advantage in the competition.In 2018,Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital got 1034 millions yuan of its business,621 millions is taken from the basic medical insurance.Among them,146 millions is taken from the insured outpatients,475 millions is taken from the insured inpatients.In this paper,the people of insured inpatients is selected for the survey.From the study of insured inpatients' satisfaction in Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,we can find out the management level of Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.The medical insurance system mentioned in this study are medical insurance for urban employees and urban residents.After a lot of collating and systematic analysis of relevant documents at home and abroad,the theory of related medical satisfaction evaluation is combined.Based on the content of the questionnaire.At the same time,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to study the current situation of the satisfaction of insured patients,and to further analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of insured patients.After obtaining the results of the questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out.The conclusion is that the overall evaluation of medical insurance patients in this hospital is not very high.Then through the multivariate regression analysis,there is a causal relationship between the satisfaction of the insured patients themselves or the policy,or the satisfaction of the Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital itself and the overall satisfaction.
