Study On Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma During Acute Attack Based On Data Mining

Objective: The literature data of Chinese medicine or combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma for nearly 10 years were collected,integrated,statistical and analyzed by using database technology,and the literature database and medication database of Chinese medicine or combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma were established.The common drugs,core formulae and rules of formulae were quantitatively analyzed with the assistance of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform,so as to better apply them in clinical practice and provide reference and basis for the development of new drug prescriptions.Methods: Retrieval of 2011-2021 China hownet,ten thousand data service platform,weipu database,traditional Chinese medicine of Chinese biomedical literature databases,or combination of Chinese and western treatment of asthma clinical literature,and screening of conforming documents,record paper,published monthly,publications,and its composition of prescription information,such as construction of asthma episodes database,the formulas by use of Excel software,inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform software analysis of frequency statistics,association rules analysis,hierarchical clustering analysis.Results:In the past ten years,TCM prescriptions for bronchial asthma mainly focus on resolving phlegm and relieving asthma,relieving wind and spasmolysis,taking into account warming lung and changing drink,clearing lung and relieving cough,tonifying lung and spleen,using medicinal taste mainly bitter temperature,bitter cold and Xin Wen,reflecting the thought of resolving phlegm,Xin Wen xuanwen dispelling evil,Xin Kai bitter lowering and regulating the rise and fall of qi mechanism.Conclusions:In the past ten years,TCM prescriptions for bronchial asthma mainly focus on resolving phlegm and relieving asthma,relieving wind and spasmolysis,taking into account warming lung and changing drink,clearing lung and relieving cough,tonifying lung and spleen,using medicinal taste mainly bitter temperature,bitter cold and Xin Wen,reflecting the thought of resolving phlegm,Xin Wen xuanwen dispelling evil,Xin Kai bitter lowering and regulating the rise and fall of qi mechanism.
