Study Of Prescription Rules Of Chinese Medicine For Wang Lie Professor In Treating Children With Cough Variant Asthma(Attack Stage) Based On Data Mining

Objective: By the means of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system,we analyze database in order to make a summary of Professor Wang Lie’s prescription rule for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma in attack stage.explore the efficacy and characteristics of the new prescriptions,and provide the promotion of the famous doctors’ academic ideology and clinical treatment theoretical basis for cough variant asthma in children.Methods:In this study,we adopt retrospective method to gather the prescriptions of patients who were diagnosed with cough variant asthma attack stage by Professor Wang Lie in Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2015 to January 2017.According to the diagnostic criteria of cough variant asthma in children,combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,103 cases were included.Meanwhile extracting the basic information and prescription application of patients,using Excel to build a medical record database,and input them into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.The statistical report system is used to count the frequency of drug to use,four properties,five tastes and meridian tropism of the prescription,using the association rule analysis method,clustering analysis method,improved mutual information method,unsupervised system entropy clustering to get high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions.Results: :In this study,103 cases were included.The basic information showed that the incidence of this disease was more common in preschool and school age,the proportion of male to female was 1.86:1.Results there were 13 traditional Chinese herbs used more than 50 times,the main drugs were cold,warm,and flat,the main five flavors were bitter,pungent,and sweet.The meridians are mainly the lung,spleen and liver in the five internal organs.The most frequently used drugs were: almond,perilla fruit,belamcandae,peucedanum,earthworm,celandine,radix scutellariae,physalis alkekengi,peach kernel,etc.The combinations are: perilla fruit,peucedanum;peach kernel,almond;belamcanda,earthworm;reed rhizome,physalis alkekengi.and using entropy cluster to dig out 6 core combinations,and evolved 3 sets of new prescription.1 new recipe(perilla fruit,peucedanum,platycladus orientalis,loquat leaves).2 new recipe(celandine,swallowwort rhizome,semen cassiae,citrus aurantium).3 new recipe(sichuan fritillaria,densefruit pittany root-bark,radish seed,reed rhizome,scorpion,Ligusticum chuanxiong,wax gourd seed,physalis alkekengi).Among them,no.1 is the method of lowering qi and dissipating phlegm,no.2 is the method of promoting defecation to purge lungs,no.3 is the method of dispelling wind and clearing lung.Conclusion: By using of the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzing clinical data,directly display its drug network structure,and evolve new prescription combinations,providing basis for clinical treatment of diseases.
