Objective: to analyze the medical records of acute and AU patients with CU history and to follow up the patients by telephone. To summarize the commonness and difference between the two groups,to compare the pathogenesis factors of the two groups,to find out the risk factors of acute onset of patients with CU history, and to provide reference for AU patients to prevent morbidity and morbidity. To observe the transformation of AU patients into CU patients.Materials and Methods: The medical records of 77 patients with acute CU history and 136 patients with AU from January 2018 to January 2021 were collected, and its retrospective analysis.Enter medical records using Excel(WPS),SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis of data,Applying chi-square tests, independent samples T tests,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1 General:Of 213 patients with urticaria,AU 136 patients,77 patients with CU history of acute onset. The ratio is 0.53:1 and 0.45:1,respectively;The average length of stay was9.5(2.66)days and 11.51(2.81)days;The average age of onset was(46.27±16.98) and(49.08±14.02)years;Both groups were mainly retirees and staff;AU patients with stroke fever syndrome 129 cases,Gastrointestinal dampness and heat syndrome in 2 cases,Wind cold bundle table syndrome in 5 cases.2 History of disease related:The onset season of AU patients is more common in autumn and winter, with CU history of acute onset patients mainly in summer and autumn;23.53% AU patients and 16.88% have CU history of acute onset patients have obvious inducing factors, mainly cold, not as expected, hot, take medicine, eat seafood hair, drinking and eating spicy, sweating wind;AU 32.35% of patients and 44.16% of patients with CU history of acute disease have history of allergies; There is at least one underlying disease in patients with CU history AU acute onset and 52.94% of patients,The most common are circulatory diseases;Patients with CU history of acute onset and 61.03% AU patients with at least one concomitant symptom; There is at least one family disease history AU4.41% patients and 11.69% patients with CU history of acute disease;18.34% AU patients and 20.78% had a history of alcohol and tobacco,Most are men;Statistical comparison showed that there were significant differences between the two groups:initial onset age, hospitalization days, family history.3 Laboratory tests:The patients in the two groups had abnormal serum total Ig E?food intolerance, inhaled allergens, leukocyte count, neutrophil count, eosinophil count,C reactive protein(CRP),urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, immunoglobulin, blood glucose, myocardial enzyme spectrum, blood lipid, thyroid function,anti-nuclear antibody spectrum, electrocardiogram.Cases of AU patients were80(58.82%),116(85.30%),38(27.94%),51(37.50%),82(60.29%),41(30.15%),62(45.59%),52(38.24%),4(2.94%),80(58.82%),31(22.97%),116(85.29%),31(22.79%),46(33.82%),26(26.9%)respectively(47%),11 cases(8.09%),5 cases(3.68%),19 cases(13.97%);47 cases(61.04%),57 cases(74.03%),28 cases(36.36%),15 cases(22.08%),26 cases(33.77%),26 cases(33.77%),26 cases(33.77%),23 cases(29.87%),22 cases(28.57%),3 cases(3.89%),30 cases(38.96%),23 cases(29.87%),68cases(88.31%),20 cases(25.97%),13 cases(16.88%),22 cases(28.87%)with a history of acute disease 57%),11 cases(14.28%),7 cases(9.09%),8 cases(10.39%).Statistical comparison showed that there were significant differences between the two groups: leukocyte count, neutrophil count, eosinophil count,C reactive protein(CRP),liver function, myocardial enzyme spectrum.4 follow-upA total of 136 AU patients were followed up,of which 23(16.91%)were repeated after discharge, the course of recurrence was more than 6 weeks, and 31 cases were lost(22.79%).The basic information of 23 relapsed patients is as follows:4.1 Gender:There were 9 males and 14 females.4.2 Years:There were 12 cases aged 20-40 years,3 cases aged 41-60 years and 8 cases aged over 60 years.4.3 Time of recurrence(after discharge):There were 10 cases of repetition,1 case in 7 days,1 case in 15 days,2 cases in 2 months,2 cases in 3 months,2 cases in half a year,1 case in 10 months and 4 cases after 1 year.4.4 Causes of recurrence:There were 7 cases with no obvious inducement,2 cases with cold,1 case of heat,1case of anger,4 cases of spicy,2 cases of drinking,2 cases of seafood,2 cases of soy products,1 case of staying up late,1 case of dog dander,1 case of wind after bathing,2 cases after taking medicine,1 case after taking pickled vegetables. Conclusion :1 This study found that the following three factors are easy to induce acute onset in patients with CU history.Diet: drinking, eating spicy irritants, eating seafood, taking drugs.Living habits: after bathing or exercise sweating wind, cold air, heat and so on.Basic diseases: abnormal blood routine, liver function and myocardial enzyme spectrum.2 Patients with acute urticaria with severe wind-heat syndrome are more likely to become chronic urticaria.
