Purpose:Under the guidance of acupuncture theory, this study compared the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion at paracanth jiaji point with western medicine therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).By observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,it was confirmed that acupuncture and moxibustion at jiaji point had a better effect on the cure time, the improvement of symptoms and the influence on the rehabilitation of stroke.Material and method:We choose 80 patients, the patient is from liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center and also from the third brain deputy family ward. The patients are diagnosised with poststroke depression(PSD)and match the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine of stroke and depressive patients,we inform the patient with test purposes and for patients' consent, use the random number table to divided the patients into two groups, the treatment group(clip ridge point group)and control group(oral western medicine group),40 cases in treatment group treated with filiform needle alongside thorn clip ridge point,40 cases in the control group are treated with fluoxetine 20 mg/d.Both groups were treated for 4weeks.Use SPSS23.0 statistical software to calculate the TCM symptom scores,HAMD scores,SDS scores,NHISS scores and ADL scores of the two groups before and after treatment. We analyzed the safety, recurrence rate and desirability of this clinical observation in combination with medical theories, and write them in details as follows.Results:1.In the clinical observation trial on the treatment of post-stroke depression by paracanth jiaji point, after the comparison of general data between the treatment group and the control group before treatment, there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating the comparability of general data between the two groups.2.The TCM symptom score,HAMD score,NHISS score and ADL score of two groups were compared before treatment, there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating the comparability of general data between the two groups.3.After treatment,TCM symptom score,HAMD score,NHISS score and ADL score of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment, the HAMD score and NHISS score effectiveness of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),suggesting that acupuncture treatment was superior to western medicine treatment alone in terms of clinical effective rate.5.After treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).6.The treatment group and the control group each lost a group of cases,Which were patients with poor compliance who could not complete the treatment course. In this study, the subjects had a stable course of disease, and subjects were clearly informed of the purpose of treatment and the steps of test.7.No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group, indicating that the treatment methods in the treatment groups was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Jiaji point is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).2.In the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD),the acupuncture treatment group was superior to the western medicine group in terms of symptoms chess distress and hypochondrium distending pain, chess distress and palpitation, aypnia and amnesia, irritability and lachrymose.3.Acupuncture at Jiaji point had a superior HAMD rate of decline in scores to the western medicine group in the course of 2 to 3weeks.4.Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD)is superior to western medicine in preventing the disease recurrence.
