Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Frontal Region Cluster Needling Combined With Auricular Point Application Therapy On Post Stroke Depression

Objective:Objective evaluation of the effection about combining cluster needling on frontal region with Auricular acupressurear points,and whether it is better than only use one of them.Method:To divided all the 80 patients of post-stroke depression into four groups equally and randomnessly.The treatment group 1 use the method of the therapy of cluster needling on frontal region with Auricular acupressurear points to treat it.The treatment group 2 use the method of the therapy of cluster needling on frontal region to treat it.the trentment group 3 use the method of Auricular acupressurear points to treat it.the comparison group use the method of conventional acupuncture to cure it.The therapy of cluster needling on frontal region is base on Yu Zhishun’s the theory that Head hole partition’s frontal area.2 hours a day, two times a day. Auricular acupressurear points’s selection of points are shenmen, heart, liver, liver yang, forehead, and kidney.Once a day, the left and right ear cross press.Conventional acupuncture’s selection of points are baihui, bintang, taichong, shenmen, neiguan, and danzhong.30 minutes a day,2 times a day.6 days a week, a day off,continuou treating 6 weeks. After treatment, to counting the result.Four groups of patients were given scores befor treatment and after treatment,use the Hamilton scale,and the Barthel index scale to statistic.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS16.0.Consequence:1.After treatment, compared before and after treatment scores in the four groups,both P<0.01.Among two scores about befor and after have very significant differences.Show the four methods for the treatment of post-stroke depression had significant effect.2.Comparison between the four groups after treatment.The treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 compared with the treatment group 3,the comparison group,Better than both, P<0.05.The treatment group 1 compared with the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 compared with the comparison group,both scores are similar.Conclusion:1.The method of cluster needling on frontal region with Auricular acupressurear points for treat post-stroke depression has very significant effect.2.The method of cluster needling on frontal region with Auricular acupressurear points is similar to the treatment group 2,batter than the treatment group 3 and the comparison group.
