Clinical Study Of Jiawei Qingjing Powder Combined With Dain-35 In The Treatment Of Liver Meridian And Heat Stagnation Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: To explore the theoretical basis of Jiawei Qingjing Powder and Daying-35 in the treatment of liver meridian depression-heat polycystic ovary syndrome,and to observe the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Qingjing Powder and Daying-35 in the treatment of liver-meridian stagnation-heat polycystic ovary syndrome.It is expected to open up new ideas for the treatment to adapt to different groups of polycystic ovary syndrome people,and lay a solid foundation for its better application in clinical practice.Method: 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of liver meridian depression type were randomly divided into three groups: TCM group,western medicine group and combined group,30 cases in each group,and were treated with modified Qingjing powder,Diane-35,Jiawei Qingjing powder combined with Diane-35,the three groups were treated with 3-month menstrual cycle as a course of treatment.To observe the changes of TCM symptom score,sex hormone level(FSH,LH,LH/FSH,T)and acne score after treatment,and to observe the clinical curative effect in each group,and to observe the menstruation and TCM syndrome integral in three groups after 3months of follow-up.Results: There were 29 cases in the Chinese and western medicine group,30 cases the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,and 28 cases in the western medicine group.1.All three methods can improve the TCM syndrome,related hormone level(LH,LH/FSH,T),acne and menstrual cycle of the patients during the follow-up period,and the TCM syndrome is better than that before treatment.2.After treatment,the curative effect of the TCM combined western group was obviously better than the TCM group and the western medicine group.There was no significant difference between the latter two,but the curative effect of the western medicine group was slightly better.3.after treatment,the levels of related hormones T,LH and LH/FSH were significantly decreased in all three groups,but no significant change in FSH.After treatment,the levels of T?LH and LH/FSH in the TCM combined western group were significantly lower than those in the TCM group and the western medicine group,while the decrease of LH level in the TCM group was similar to another.There was no obvious difference in the curative effect between TCM group and the western medicine group in reducing LH/FSH,T value,but the western medicine group was slightly better than the other.4,after treatment,acne in the three groups was significantly improved,and the curative effect of the TCM combined western group was significantly better than that of the TCM group and the western medicine group,but there was no significant difference between the latter two.5,the scores of TCM symptoms in the three groups during the follow-up period were significantly lower than those before treatment,but all of them were higher than those after treatment,among which the western medicine group was the most obvious,followed by the Chinese and western medicine group,and the curative effect of the Chinese and western medicine group was obviously better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.There was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,but the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was slightly better than that of the western medicinegroup.6.the frequency of menstruation in the three groups was better than that in the TCM combined western group,but there was no significant difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group,but the tidal rate in the TCM group was higher than that in the western medicine group.7.after treatment,in the Chinese and western medicine group,8 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 89.66%.In the TCM group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.66%,in the western medicine group,3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.57%.It can be seen that the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the TCM combined western group is the best,the curative effect of the TCM group is similar to that of the western medicine group,and the effective rate of the western medicine group is slightly higher than that of the TCM group.8.the patients in the three groups were examined by relevant safety indexes before and after treatment.No anomalies were found.Conclusion: The results study show that Jiawei Qingjing Powder is effective and in the treatment of patients with stagnation of heat of liver meridian.It can improve the symptoms of TCM,serum sex hormone and acne score in that PCOS patients.And 3 months after the withdrawal of medicine can also play a role in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,menstrual cycle,combined with western medicine treatment is better.which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
