Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acne Mixture Combined With Red And Blue Light In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

Purpose:Acne vulgaris is common in teenagers.The common parts are the face,neck,chest and back.It is mainly manifested as open or closed acne,inflammatory papules,abscesses and nodules.It is easy to recur and can not be cured.It may lead to scar and pigmentation after inflammation,which has a serious impact on the physiology and psychology of patients.According to the pathogenesis of acne,this study used traditional Chinese medicine acne mixture combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris,comprehensively evaluated the efficacy and safety,analyzed the TCM Syndromes of acne and discussed the treatment mechanism.Method:74 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.In the study,one patient fell off in each group,and the actual number of patients in each group was 36.The control group was treated with red and blue light alone,the blue light intensity was 40 mw/cm~2,the standard dose was 48 J/cm~2,15 min each time,the red light intensity was 105 mw/cm~2,the standard dose was 126 J/cm~2.20 minutes each time,twice a week,8 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses,treatment for 8 weeks.On the basis of the red and blue light treatment in the control group,the treatment group was additionally treated with acne mixture,which was composed of Prunella vulgaris(15g),loquat(15g),Coptis(7g),Rehmannia glutinosa(15g),Moutan cortex(15g),Forsythia suspensa(15g),honeysuckle(22g),Scutellaria baicalensis(15g),Arctium lappa(15g),oyster(37g),cicada slough(15g),Chuanxiong(15g),Fangfeng(22g),Beishashen(22g),Gegen(11g),Xiangfu(11g),decocted in water,once a day,water about300ml,Two times in the morning and evening,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2courses,treatment for 8 weeks.The skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and the treatment effect was judged.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was97.32%,and that of the control group was75%.From the skin lesion score analysis,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.TCM acne mixture combined with red and blue light can effectively improve the symptom score of patients with acne vulgaris.2.Traditional Chinese medicine acne mixture combined with red and blue light is more safe and effective than red and blue light alone in the treatment of acne vulgaris...
