Clinical Observation On Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Fire Needle Therapy And Blue And Red Light Therapy In Treating Female Late-onset Acne

Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine(Erxian tiaochong decoction)combined with fire needle therapy and blue and red light therapy in the treatment of female late-onset acne,and the effect on female sex hormone levels,and to evaluate the safety.Methods: Using randomized controlled trials,a total of 120 female patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treat ment group one(40 cases),treatment group two(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the order of treatment.There were 8 cases of shedding during treatment,2 cases of shedding in the treatment group one,3 cases of shedding in the treatment group two,and 3 cases of shedding in the control group.The treatment group one oral administration of “Erxiantiaochong decoction” combined with fire needle therapy and blue and red light therapy,and the treatment group two oral administration of “Tanshinone capsule” combined with fire needle therapy and blue and red light therapy,while the control group oral administration of “Tanshinone capsule”,and the efficacy judgment time was 28 days.Record the acne skin lesion scores of the three groups of patients before treatment,on the 7th,14 th,21st,and 28 th days of treatment.Subjective TCM syndrome scores should also be recorded before and on the 28 th day of treatment.Venous blood was taken before and on the 28 th day of treatment,and the changes of sex hormone levels(T,E2,PROG,PRL,LH,FSH)were recorded.At the same time,adverse reactions were counted and the safety of the medicine was evaluated.Results:1.On the 28 th day of treatment,the skin lesion scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were significantly improved.The improvement degree of the treatment group one was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.001),the improvement degree of the treatment group two was better than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group one was better than that of the treatment group two(P <0.05)2.On the 28 th day of treatment,the total effective rate was 89.4 7% in the first treatment group,75.68% in the second treatment group,and 56.76% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the first treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.001),the therapeutic effect of the second treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the first treatment group was better than the second treatment group(P <0.05).3.On the 28 th day of treatment,the testosterone(T)levels of the three groups of patients decreased significantly,and the levels of estradiol(E2)increased significantly.The improvement of first treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P <0.001),there was no significant difference between treatment group two and control group(P> 0.05),and the improvement of treatment group one was significantly better than treatment group two(P <0.001).The levels of LH,PRL,PROG and FSH before and after treatment in the three groups did not change significantly(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.The TCM decoction "Erxiantiaochong Decoction" combined with fire needle therapy and blue and red light therapy for the treatment of female late-onset acne can effectively improve the patient's symptom score and have a certain regulating effect on the level of sex hormones(T,E2).2.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction "Erxian Tiao Chong Decoction" combined with fire needle therapy and blue and red light therapy is a safe and effective treatment for female late-onset acne.
