Blue And Red Light Combination Therapy Of Acne Vulgaris Clinical Observation

Objective:To evaluate high-intensity narrow-band blue and red light combination therapy clinical effect of acne vulgaris.Methods:The patient diagnosed with moderate acne vulgaris 90 patients, aged 14-35 years old, were randomly divided into red light treatment group, blue light treated group, red and blue light combination therapy group,30 cases in each group. Before and after treatment of acne through global acne grading system (GAGS) score to determine the effect of the change.Results:The three groups after phototherapy eight times, GAGS score by the single-factor variance analysis showed that F= 8.933, P<0.05, indicating light therapy among the three groups after eight times the GAGS score in general there was a difference, further comparison of each group GAGS score differences. Pairwise comparison showed that red and blue light combination therapy group and red light group, blue light group GAGS score in eight times after phototherapy was significantly (P<0.05)。Red light group and blue light group GAGS score in light therapy After eight times were also statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Red and blue light combination therapy group at four times, eight times light therapy and pre-treatment score of GAGS were statistically significant (P<0.05). With the increase in the number of light therapy skin lesions of the GAGS scores in gradually declining. Phototherapy eight times, blue and red light combination group were efficient and cure rate, compared to red group and blue group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-intensity narrow-band blue and red light combined treatment of moderate acne high efficacy, effective in fast, low side effects, patient compliance was good. High-intensity narrow-band blue and red light treatment of acne vulgaris jointly provided yet another new approach.
