Clinical Observation Of Eye Acupuncture In Treating Hyperlipidemia With Internal Resistance Of Phlegm

Objective: Through the use of eye acupuncture therapy and statins alone to treat patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm-turbid internal obstruction syndrome,compare the effective rates of the two therapies in regulating blood lipids before and after treatment,and the changes of various blood lipid indexes and clinical syndromes;To explore the curative effect of eye acupuncture on blood lipids in patients with hyperlipidemia and internal obstruction of phlegm;briefly analyze the mechanism of eye acupuncture therapy to improve blood lipids;provide relevant theoretical basis for clinical eye acupuncture therapy to treat hyperlipidemia.Methods: Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the western medicine selected atorvastatin calcium tablets(Ale)10 mg orally once a day,1 week is a course of treatment,4 courses in total;The observation group was treated with eye acupuncture.Eye acupuncture points: Zhongjiao area,Spleen and stomach points,lung and large intestine points,kidney bladder points,Shangjiao points,Xiajiao points;Acupuncture for 6 days is a course of treatment.After a day's rest,the next course of treatment will be carried out for a total of 4 courses.Record the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before treatment(0 weeks)and after treatment(4 weeks).and calculate the total scores of TCM syndromes and individual scores of patients before and after treatment,and compare scores between the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of the observation group is 80%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 90%.The curative effects of the two treatments are similar(P>0.05);2.Both the observation group and the control group can improve various blood lipid indexes of the patients and adjust the blood lipid levels of the patients to be equivalent(P>0.05);3.The observation group was better than the control group in the total scores of TCM syndromes and the individual scores(P<0.05),among which the symptoms of dizziness,dizziness,chest swelling,and lack of food were more prominent(P<0.01),It shows that the observation group is more effective in improving the clinical manifestations of hyperlipidemia.Conclusion: Eye acupuncture therapy for patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm-turbid internal obstruction syndrome can adjust their blood lipid levels and significantly improve their clinical symptoms.Because acupuncture has no side effects and other contraindications,it is more worthy of clinical promotion and research application.
