Study On The Effect Of Combining Acupuncture And Medicine On Blood Lipids In Hyperlipidemia Mice Based On The Method Of Dissolving Phlegm In The Stomach

Purpose : To observe the effect of acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36),Fenglong(ST40),Neiting(ST44)combined with intragastric administration of yigongjiangzhi prescription on TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and MDA of hyperlipidemia mice model.And to investigate the synergistic mechanism of acupuncture and chinese herb in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,so as to provide scientific experimental basis for acupuncture and chinese herb in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Material and method:Seventy male KM mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into blank group of 15 rats,experimental group of 55 rats according to random number comparative table.The blank group was fed with normal diet everyday,the experimental group was made into hyperlipidemia mice model by feed of high-fat diet everyday.After making model 4 weeks,5 rats in each group were randomly selected,blood was collected from eyeball,blood lipid was detected and then killed.After the successful establishment of the model,the mice in the experimental group were randomly divided into model group of 10 rats,western medicine group of 10 rats,chinese herb group of 10 rats,acupuncture group of 8rats and acupuncture combined with chinese herb group of 10 rats,into groups treatment and continued above feeding.The blank group and model group received gavages of 10 ml/(kg·d)physiological saline;western medicine group received gavages of 10 ml/(kg·d)simvastatin solvent;chinese herb group received gavages of 10 ml/(kg·d)yigongjiangzhi power;acupuncture group received gavages of 10 ml/(kg·d)physiological saline,then received acupuncture on both sides of ST36,ST40 and ST44;acupuncture combine with chinese herb group received gavages of 10 ml/(kg·d)yigongjiangzhi power,then received acupuncture on both sides of ST36,ST40 and ST44.The mice were weighed weekly and the morphological changes were recorded.Results:1.After treatment,the weight of mice in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).The combination of acupuncture and chinese herb group was significantly better than that in the other two groups(P<0.05,P<0.05).2.After treatment,the general condition of mice in each group was improved,especially in the acupuncture and chinese herb group.3.Compared with the model group,the four levels of blood lipid in each group were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Compared with acupuncture group and yigongjiangzhi prescription group,TC and LDL-C in acupuncture combined with chinese herb were significantly lower(P<0.05,P<0.05).4.Compared with the model group,the MDA value of the treated mice reduced significantly(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),Compared with acupuncture group and yigongjiangzhi prescription group,MDA of acupuncture combined with chinese herb group reduced significantly(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at ST36,ST40 and ST44 combined with yigongjiangzhi prescription can control the weight gain of mice.2.Acupuncture at ST36,ST40 and ST44 combined with yigongjiangzhi prescription can effectively reduce the content of TC,LDL-C in mice with hyperlipidaemia.3.Acupuncture at ST36,ST40 and ST44 combined with yigongjiangzhi prescription can reduce the content of MDA in mice with hyperlipidaemia.4.This experiment shows that acupuncture combined with yigongjiangzhi prescription has a certain therapeutic effect on hyperlipidaemia,and its mechanism may be achieved by inhibiting the redox reaction.
