Distribution Law Of TCM Constitution Types In Prediabetes And Type 2 Diabetes Based On Literature Research

Purpose:Explore the characteristics of the distribution of TCM physique types in prediabetes and type 2 diabetes patients,and provide a theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence and development of diabetes.Material and method:A computer was used to search the literature on the distribution of TCM constitution types of patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu from 1995 to 2020.Mark the documents that meet the inclusion criteria,and import the final included documents into the Microsoft Excel 2016 software to establish the original data.Statistics of various types of physiques are collected to obtain summary data of various types of physiques,and the statistical software spss25.0 is used for inspection and analysis to explore the characteristics of the distribution of TCM physique types in patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.Results:1.Characteristics of pre-diabetes TCM physique distribution: In this study,a total of 20 documents that meet the criteria were screened,with a total number of 3533,of which 778 cases(22.02%)were yin-deficiency type,773 cases were phlegm-dampness type(21.88%),and they were peaceful.564 cases(15.96%)of qi-deficiency,455 cases(12.88%)of qi-deficiency,290 cases(8.21%)of damp-heat type,283 cases(8.01%)of blood stasis type,205 cases(5.80%)of yang-deficiency type,and 136 cases of Qi-stagnation type Cases(3.85%),49 cases(1.39%)with special qualities.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of patients with prediabetes is mainly yin deficiency and phlegm dampness.In the relationship between physique and gender,the pre-diabetes is mostly male.2.Characteristics of TCM physique distribution of type 2 diabetes: In this study,a total of 32 documents meeting the criteria were screened,with a total number of 10624,2294 cases of phlegm-dampness(20.84%),and 2077 cases(18.87%)of yin deficiency(18.87%).There were 1791 cases(16.27%)of quality,1397 cases of qi deficiency(12.69%),961 cases of Yang deficiency(8.73%),896 cases of damp-heat quality(8.14%),876 cases of blood stasis(7.96%),537 cases of Qi depression Cases(4.88%),178 cases(1.62%)with special qualities.The TCM physique of patients with type 2 diabetes is mainly phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency.In the relationship between physique and gender,most of the damp-heat types in type 2 diabetes are male.3.Compared with patients with pre-diabetes,type 2 diabetic patients' phlegm-dampness quality exceeds yin deficiency and becomes the constitution with the highest incidence,and the proportion of patients with yang deficiency is significantly higher than that of pre-diabetes.4.Provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.Conclusion:1.The main constitution of pre-diabetes is yin deficiency,followed by phlegm-dampness,which is consistent with the mechanism of pre-diabetes.In the relationship between physique and gender,men's dampness and heat are the most in pre-diabetes,which is related to the difference in diet between men and women.2.The main physique of type 2 diabetes is phlegm-dampness,followed by yin deficiency.This is consistent with the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.In the relationship between physique and gender,the majority of men in type 2 diabetes are damp and heat,which is related to the difference in diet between men and women.3.Compared with patients with pre-diabetes,type 2 diabetic patients' phlegm-dampness quality exceeds yin deficiency and becomes the constitution with the highest incidence,and the proportion of patients with yang deficiency is significantly higher than that of pre-diabetes.4.Provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.
