The purpose of the study:To observe the incidence risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. In particul. Study on risk factors for these differences in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and non hypertension patients between. In order to improve the level of understanding of clinician to risk factors of the disease control. And for comprehensive detection and control in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and in the future, the treatment of risk factors, to provide the basis. The occurrence, development and then delay and reduce the disease related to macrovascular and microvascular complications. At the same time to explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome types of hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes, and provide the basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.Research object and method:Select Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013 April to December in 110 type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology patients, according to whether the hypertension patients were divided into hypertension group (group A) and hypertension group (B group),50 patients in the A group; 60 cases in group B. Acquisition generally, past history, family history, personal history, complications, urinary protein excretion index, biochemical index, glucose and lipid metabolism, blood homocysteine, carotid ultrasonography, brain CT, fundus examination and TCM syndromes characteristics index. For all data using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical processing.The results of the study:1.The risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension1.1 age, course of disease, gender:type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group was obviously greater than non hypertension group, with statistical difference (P=0.000). Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group course longer than non hypertension group, there were significant differences (P=0.002), type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group and hypertension group compared with no sex, no significant difference (P=1.0). Logistic regression analysis revealed that age is an independent risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.1.2 smoking, drinking:type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group, drinking and smoking hypertension group, no significant difference. But in the Logistic regression analysis showed that cigarette smoking is an independent risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.1.3 blood homocysteine:type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group of blood homocysteine is obviously higher than that in non hypertension group, there were significant differences (P=0.000). Logistic regression analysis found that plasma homocysteine is an independent risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.1.4 blood uric acid:in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group were obviously higher than those of blood uric acid in hypertension group, there were significant differences (P=0.01).1.5 Body mass index:type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and body mass index was significantly higher than those without hypertension group, the rate of obesity was significantly increased, and there is significant difference (P=0.042).1.6 fasting blood glucose:in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and non hypertension group fasting blood glucose value comparison, no significant difference (P=0.317).1.7 glycosylated hemoglobin:glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and non hypertension group value comparison, no significant difference (P=0.507).1.8 analysis of blood lipids:type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly higher than those without hypertension group, with statistical difference (P=0.002, 0.007,0.003), high density lipoprotein in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension than those without hypertension (HDL-C) group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.204). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the total cholesterol were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.1.9 hypertension family history of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension family history group than in hypertension group, with statistical difference (P=0.000). Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension family history of hypertension group and non group, no significant difference (P=0.662). Logistic regression analysis found that family history of hypertension were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.2.Effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension on main chronic complications2.1 Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group macroangiopathy (carotid atherosclerosis and plaque in the arteries, cerebral infarction) incidence was higher than that in non hypertension group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).2.2 Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group and hypertension group of microvascular disease (renal excretion of urine protein and diabetic retinopathy) was significantly higher than that in non hypertension group, with statistical difference (P> 0.05)3.Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension syndromesType 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in TCM syndrome type distribution of kidney yin deficiency of Qi and yin deficiency of Qi and Yin, secondly, combined hypertension group deficiency ratio higher than those without hypertension trend, but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.21).The research conclusion:In this paper, using the retrospective analysis method on the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension group and simple diabetes group of risk factors were observed. Study on the characteristics of TCM syndrome types of hypertension that distribution of type 2 diabetes combined with kidney yin deficiency and yin deficiency mainly. For our future in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension screening for risk factors at the same time, overall, these risk factors and early intervention, early adopt TCM treatment methods for prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, and provide the basis of large vessel delay and reduce the disease and microvascular disease and other chronic complications.
