Purpose:By comparing the data of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with normal thyroid function,we analyzed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with subclinical hypothyroidism the correlation between early diabetic nephropathy and constitutional types of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to assist the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of this kind of disease.Material and method:1)112 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with subclin ical hypothyroidism and 112 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal thyroi d function were collected in the endocrinology department of the first affiliated hospit al of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine in October 2017 to October 2018.2)Collect information into the group of patients including sex,age,duration of dia betes,family history,smoking history,drinking history,body mass index,systolic bloo d pressure,diastolic pressure,three related biochemical indicators include thyroid functi on,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,uric acid,UACR,and prevalence of early diabetic kidney disease,TCM constitution type.3)analysis the inde x above by SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.Compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal thyroid function group,the incid ence of patients in the SCH group was significantly higher in women than in men(P<0.05),BMI was relatively higher(P<0.01),and systolic and diastolic blood pressure we re higher(P<0.01,P<0.05).2.Compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal thyroid function group,the TG?CHOL?LDL-C?UA?UACR and TSH levels in the SCH group were relatively high,and the difference of this statistics was statistically significant(P<0.05 ? P<0.01).3.The prevalence rate of early diabetic kidney disease in T2 DM patients with subclinic al hypothyroidism was higher than that in T2 DM patients with normal thyroid functio n(P<0.01).4.The constitution types of TCM in T2 DM patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were significantly higher than those in T2 DM patients with normal thyroid function,such as yang deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality and qi stasis quality(P<0.05).5.Taking SCH as dependent variable,sex,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,BMI,TG,CHOL,LDL-C,TSH,UA,UACR,early diabetic kidney disease,yang deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality and qi stasis quality as independent variables,multivariate logistic analysis showed that TSH,early diabetic kidney disease,yang deficiency quality,qi stasis quality entered the equation(P < 0.01).TSH,early diabetic kidney disease,yang deficiency quality,qi stasis quality were the main risk factor for SCH.Conclusion:1.T2 DM patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were more prone to yang deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality and qi stasis quality.2.The occurrence of SCH in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is associated with TSH level,early diabetic kidney disease,yang deficiency quality,qi stasis quality.
