Objective:By judging the TCM syndrome type of obese patients with type 2 diabetes, and statistically analyzing them and related factors,it is clear that the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of obese patients with type 2 diabetes provide observation data for clinic. Methods:A total of 144 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who met the standard from the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were collected.Collect the patient's general information,TCM syndrome performance and some metabolic indicators, and fill out the clinical observation form.According to the performance of TCM syndromes, determine the type of TCM syndromes and organize the data.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21.0.Results:1.The distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes: from most to less:liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome, gastrointestinal solid heat syndrome,qi stagnation phlegm obstruction syndrome, spleen deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome,qi and yin deficiency and stasis syndrome, yin and yang deficiency and stasis certificate.Common symptoms include physical obesity and enlarged abdomen.Chest tightness too much;flank pain;abdominal fullness;dry mouth and thirst;tiredness and fatigue. The tongue is pale red,the fur is white or greasy, the pulse is slow and thin, and the number is slippery.2.General information and susceptibility factors: the difference in age between different syndrome types is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in disease course between different syndrome types is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in BMI between different syndrome types There was no statistical significance(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the WHR syndrome types(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in syndromes betweensmoking history, drinking history and family history(P>0.05).3.Blood glucose, blood lipids: the differences between the fasting blood glucose syndromes are statistically significant(P<0.05).Spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome and liver-stomach depression heat syndrome, gastrointestinal solid heat syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome and stasis syndrome,yin-yang deficiency syndrome and stasis syndrome, the difference between any two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Heat syndrome and stagnation of phlegm obstruction syndrome, spleen deficiency phlegm and dampness syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome and stasis syndrome, yin and yang deficiency and stasis syndrome, the difference between any two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the syndrome types between the dyslipidemia group and the dyslipidemia group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in syndrome composition between the group taking lipid-lowering drugs and the group not taking lipid-lowering drugs(P>0.05).4.Comorbidities and complications: There is no statistically significant difference between hypertension, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease, fatty liver and thyroid disease(P>0.05);diabetic peripheral neuropathy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetic lower limb There was no significant difference in atherosclerosis, retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, and uncomplicated syndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of T2 DM obese patients is higher in males than in females, and most of them are over 40 years old.The syndrome of liver and stomach stagnation is the most common type of TCM syndrome.2.The occurrence of T2 DM obesity mostly starts with empirical evidence or false-factual inclusions, and the elderly and long-term patients mostly have false syndromes or false-true inclusions.3.Patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm and dampness syndrome have higher fasting blood glucose levels.
