| Purpose:Based on bibliometrics,Cite Space and Vos Viewer software were used to dig out the research hotspots,research status and development trends in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Functional dyspepsia(FD)in China,so as to provide a reference for subsequent clinical studies.Material and method : Chinese literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion for functional dyspepsia before December 31,2020.were retrieved using CNKI?VIP as the main data source.Exclude newspapers,conferences,scientific and technological achievements,and literature unrelated to the subject matter.Using bibliometrics method,the general situation of the retrieved literatures,such as the annual publication amount,publication trend,publication organization,journal distribution,fund support and citation,was statistically analyzed.Cite Space and Vos Viewer software were used to conduct visual analysis on the authors,institutions and keywords of the retrieved literatures.Results:1.The overall trend of publishing articles in this field shows a steady rise,which can be summarized into three stages.Initial period(1956-1999): a total of 20 papers,with an average annual publication of only 1.43 papers.(2)Slow growth period(2000-2005): the number of published papers increased compared with the initial period.A total of 41 papers were published in this period,with an average annual publication of 6.83 papers.(3)The period of rapid growth(2006-2020): The number of articles published during this period showed a blowout growth.In 2020,the number of published papers affected by the epidemic decreased but remained at a high level.A total of 493 papers were published in this period,with an annual average of 32.87 papers.2.Of the 554 literatures included in this field,only 177 literatures received corresponding fund support,accounting for 31.95%.The highest frequency of support for national fund projects was 109 times,accounting for 43.43%.Provincial and municipal fund projects were supported 95 times and 47 times,accounting for 37.85% and 18.73%,respectively.3.A total of 505 Chinese journal articles included in this field were published in 176 journals nationwide.Among them,Peking University core is the Chinese core,a total of 66,accounting for 13.07%;A total of 151 science and technology core journals,accounting for about 29.90%.Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the core scientific organization,had the highest number of 27 articles in this field,followed by 25 articles in Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion and 20 articles in Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.4.Among the 554 literatures included in this field,8 literatures were cited more than 80 times,and all of them were journals,accounting for about 1.44%.Peng Fengfeng's article "Electroacupuncture to Improve Gastric Motility,Autonomic Nerve Function and Mental State of Functional Dyspepsia" was cited the most frequently,up to 183 times.The citation frequency of doctoral and master thesis was less,and only 4 papers were cited more than 20 times.5.A total of 272 authors were included in 554 literatures in this field.Liang Fenglong was the most prolific author in this field,with 14 articles published.Zhang Hongxing,Zhou Li,Chang Xiaorong,Ma Tingting and Li Xuejun followed.Six cooperative networks have been formed among the authors,and the cooperative relations are close.6.A total of 163 institutions have published relevant literature in this field.6 institutions published more than 10 articles,accounting for 3.68% of the total number of institutions.There were 18 institutions with more than 5 times,accounting for 11.04% of the total number of institutions.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are high-yield publishing institutions in this field,with abundant high-quality research achievements.7.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the largest institutional cooperation network with regional and cross-regional cooperation relationships as the core.However,the relationship network with Hubei University of Chinese Medicine as the core,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as the core,Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine as the core,and Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine as the core is more active in this field,but with obvious regional characteristics.Independent research institutions are common.8.It is found that the key words in this field involve many aspects.Therapeutic measures such as acupuncture,moxibustion,electroacupuncture,ear acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture and other commonly used;The rules of acupoint selection,such as specific acupoints,Shu fundraising,combined fundraising,original collusion acupoint matching and so on,are applied frequently.Acupoints such as Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan for the treatment of this disease commonly used points;Observation and evaluation indexes such as TCM syndrome score,Niping dyspepsia index,scale,gastrointestinal hormones,serum cytokines were the most common;Mechanisms such as central effect,metabolomics and visceral sensitivity were studied frequently.The disease types include liver stagnation and qi stagnation,liver qi invasion of the stomach,spleen and stomach qi deficiency as the main syndrome type of the treatment of this disease.Research types such as efficacy observation,clinical study,review,meta-analysis,and experience of famous doctors were more frequent.Conclusion:1.The number of literatures published in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional dyspepsia shows a steady rising trend,and it still has a high level of research value without diminishing its popularity.2.There is relatively little fund support in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional dyspepsia.With the increasing incidence of functional dyspepsia year by year,the state,provinces and regions should pay more attention to this field and increase the fund investment in this field.3.The distribution of publishing institutions in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional dyspepsia is too extensive.The quality of articles is uneven,and the number of core Chinese language and science and technology journals is small.High quality and high impact factor literatures need to be further developed and studied.4.The overall high citation frequency of literatures in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional dyspepsia is low,which indicates that the influence of scientific research results is small,and its inheritance and continuity are poor.The high citation frequency of periodical literature is obviously higher than that of doctoral and master degree thesis,suggesting that the quality of periodical literature is better than that of degree thesis.5.In terms of cooperation between authors and institutions,core institutions and peripheral institutions should strengthen academic cooperation between institutions and break down barriers to regional cooperation so as to enhance the overall level of cooperation and promote further development in this field.6.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods are still the mainstream research trend in the future development of this field.Umbilical acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,four-spirit acupuncture,five-needle gastric acupuncture and screw acupuncture may become the emerging acupuncture methods in the past five years.Plum blossom moxibustion and medicine cake moxibustion may become the new moxibustion methods in this field in the last five years.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,psychological therapy or will become a hot spot;Spleen and stomach qi deficiency type may become the hot spot syndrome type;Therapeutic effect observation,clinical study and review are the hot spots in this field.TCM syndrome score,related scale evaluation and gastrointestinal hormone level are the hot observation and evaluation indexes in this field.Gastric motility,metabolomics,brain-gut axis and visceral hypersensitivity are hot research mechanisms in this field.Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan,Gongsun and other acupoints are hot spots in this field. |
